Extremely rude and immature employee named Ron. Giving the fingers and rude gestures to people on the road. also driving dangerously with an unsecured load.

We called to have them give us an estimate on trimming some of our trees. The guys shows up after dark with a flashlight! He couldn't give us an estimate saying he would return in a few days,that was months ago & still no show. Super unprofessional folks.

I've never been treated With such horrible customer Service. Especially after complaining the product I paid for is no good! My wood is green and won't burn! They left me with no burnable wood on Christmas! Unbelievable! I'll never call them again!

RE: Anonymous Observer I have'nt used Truly Canadian Tree Service Services as of yet but as a certified professional in my field we are under instructions to report any potential Hazards that may cause damage or worse to any property or person, and maybe the tree was on city property? anyways i like when Professional Trades people look out for the community. :)

watched this crew take down numerous dead Ash trees along the recreational canal, it was a very large task to undertake and what an amazing job this team did - other than the stumps, there is no evidence that there was any work done - they were quick, very little disruption to those using the walking paths and not one twig left behind!!! This area hasn't ever looked this well taken care of

The BEST Firewood and Service I have ever had!!! I called to order a cord in the morning and Rob was delivering by noon. The wood was nice and dry and burned great....Not only will I order more from Truly Canadian Tree Service but it will now be my ONLY source of wood!!!

These guys came by, smashed into my garbage and recycling cans, making everything fly everywhere. Then proceeded to incorrectly affix my garbage can lid (which was not FIXED) to my can since the city does not pickup garbage cans with a fixed lid, and caused two garbage bags to go not picked up by the city garbage. What is wrong with you guys. Leave things AS YOU FIND THEM after you crash into them with your truck. And drive more carefully. Or come and speak to the owner so you can let them know what you did, and get their permission to change things. Let me know when you'd like to come and pick up my two garbage bags that the city didn't take because of you guys. Drive more carefully.
