As a commercial building contractor I met Chris of Pro Gas 20 years ago. Their team provided a full design build on a high end Condo project in Niagara on the Lake. Units at a million dollars each needs very special attention and Chris delivered.
I have also used Pro Gas on my own home and would not consider any other contractor .

Fantastic service, great price, friendly, on time, the list goes on. We needed to have our furnace, ac and hot water tank replaced, calling ProGas was the best decision we made. They were helpful throughout the entire process and were very knowledgeable. Thank you ProGas for keeping the house cool in the summer and heating it up in the winter.

The ProGas team was absolutely amazing. Debbie was able to get my repairs scheduled and completed prior to my house closing as this was a condition of sale. The technician was pleasant and helpful. I am forever grateful to them and highly recommend their service!

A few years ago I needed to replace my furnace asap. In a matter of days it had been replaced. The removal of the old furnace was done efficiently with no mess left behind. I've replaced my A/C and hot water tank also. Can always count on fast efficient service. Would highly recommend.

This was the second time we dealt with Pro Gaz for our pool heater, they were great before and, amazingly, they are even better now. Thanks a lot for a quick repair and part replacement; you guys are an awesome team!

Our pool heater (very old) did not work last spring. I need it for physiotherapy on a broken disk in my back. We called these guys who came out very quickly and they had it fixed right away! Very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. We will be using them again! So... pool heater no good! They came out again so quickly and hooked up our new pool heater! I have been dealing with Pro Gas for many years now and my experiences have always been positive. They are always responsive, fair and honest. They always give me their honest input and opionions which is a breath of fresh air this day and age. They always have stood behind their work and I’ve never had any doubt in their professionalism. I would never allow anyone else to touch any fuel fired appliance in any of my buildings. I assure you, you won’t find anyone to make you feel more comfortable when making a major purchase such as a furnace/boiler or AC upgrade to your property.

What a wonderful family business this is: Chris and Debbie, the parents, Cole and Blake their two boys involved in the business. Pro-Gas was originally recommended to us by our swimming pool contractor, to do the hook-ups of the gas line to our pool heater. Chris, Cole and Blake all worked flawlessly and methodically and on-time on the outside gas line work, coordinating with Paradise Pools. Debbie had explained everything so clearly and patiently prior to them doing the work that we knew what our timelines and prices were. We were SO impressed with Pro-Gas's work that we hired them about a week later to replace our almost 25-year-old gas water heater: which was leaking badly and in danger of creating a helluva flood. Cole and Blake installed a beautiful new Rheem hot water tank literally 72 hours after we asked them to quote us. Maybe 48 hours. (But don't anticipate this: these guys are good and very busy.) The family adjusted their schedules to get the job done ASAP because our old tank was failing in front of our eyes. The courtesy and clarity of information that all four of these family members extended to me and Erin was a solid FIVE STARS. Total professionals, with honesty and integrity.

We used Pro-Gas when we purchased our home earlier this year. I was looking for an inspection to make sure the furnace was running properly. They came out and checked more than the furnace for us. I never even thought of the other items but they did. I was impressed with their expertise. Turns out we needed a new furnace so we just had them replace that. Our experience with Debbie, Chris and the crew has been nothing but fantastic. They have been so thorough and informative. They took the time to explain everything and provided us with options. They are a great group of people to deal with.
