Company is non-responsive....would give them 0 stars if I could. Very disappointed in The Appliance Shoppe for misleading us and forcing us to deal with this company for our repairs. The literally will not answer their phone...ever!

Requested a service call the week of January 9th, 2018 for a fridge repair. Final diagnosis was completed on January 30th, 2018. 3 weeks! The best part of this story is my fridge STILL is not repaired! After finally getting a call back the week of February 13th, 2018 and after having words with the receptionist informing her I would not be leaving another message, I have yet again been left hanging. Going on week #7 and still do not have a working fridge and am no closer to finding out when the repairs will be done as they refuse to return my calls! Horrible customer service. If you are unable to complete a job you start, kindly communicate with your customers so we can seek more professional service elsewhere!

The service technician did an excellent job fixing my appliances, and was always able to schedule me right away. He clearly explained the issues and why they happened. He is very reliable and I would reccomend him to anyone.

Brian Friend from the Service department of The Appliance Shoppe sent me a technician called Brandon to repair our dishwasher rack. I have nothing but positive remarks to make about him and Brian.
From the moment Brandon entered our home to the moment he left we felt relieved to have been dealing with him. We have had terrible experiences with repair techs in the past and he was like a breath of fresh air. Brandon was very respectful of the Covid protocols. He was very knowledgeable and clearly explained what was wrong with our dishwasher rack and how to fix it. He told us we would need a new part and that Brian would be able to order it for us.
Brian has been very professional, friendly and precise as to ordering our part, setting up a delivery day and keeping us informed as to the status of our installation. I would deal with both The Appliance Shoppe and The Factory Appliance Service companies again.

I had problems with my washer, William did great job with solving the defect and fixed that in timely manner, very quick and professional with reasonable prices .
I highly recommend his service.

I contacted this company to fix my tenants leaking washer. Their technician (William) came out within 3 hours of my call and quickly fixed the washer with parts he had which made my tenants happy.

Came to our home for 5 minutes, turned the dryer on for 2 minutes and charged $90.40. His estimate was $498.44. The dryer still works despite a chirping noise. For $500.00 plus we can buy a new dryer. Would not recommend this company.

Person who came out couldn’t even confidently articulate what the issue was with the dishwasher was. They said the seal/gasket looked short however, it was functioning without any leaking for 2 years (purchased in 2022 brand new). Then sends a quote over to replace seal for $299+HST to replace seal and labour. Insanity.

Could not recommend enough! Fast, great and quick service. Price was reasonable. I hired them to fix my broken dishwasher. It was leaking and the water would not drain from the actual machine. quick to diagnosis and great fix. Highly recommended!!!
