Great service. Found problem with our fridge and repaired with new parts next day.

Reasonable pricing and excellent professional work.

Our dishwasher gave out on a Saturday, we called WP Appliance Repair, and they came same day for an initial inspection, right away he knew what was wrong and said he’d contact us Monday with the full quote. Early Monday he sent the quote, and came by again the same day and had it fixed in under an hour. Super fast, professional, and our dishwasher is up and running again like brand new! If we ever have any other appliance issues we know who to call. I highly recommend. Same day service and honest pricing, can’t beat that!

I do not usually leave reviews, but am hoping that leaving one will have this individual respond to our team. Our company owns multiple apartment buildings in Southwestern Ontario, and we are constantly adding subtrades to our arsenal for repair and maintenance. WP appliance repair in particular, we tried out in Amherstburg. Did a service call for us, and would not release a quote for the repairs unless the service call was paid. Paid it immediately in anticipation of a quote and response. Individual then told one of our employees in text message what the cost would be to repair, and they would need it paid before parts/repair can take place. We asked for this individual to send us a formal invoice so we can get payment through and finally proceed with the repair. Individual has then gone silent.

I will gladly delete this review if you can respond to our team or refund us partially on the service call if you do not plan to do any of the work. We would like to use you and have this work finished, however, this is not how our company should need to get a hold of you.

I called and explained the compressor went on my fridge. I had it diagnosed by another company but they weren’t able to fix in a timely manner. I called this company, he promptly said we dont carry compressors. It would cost $1000 to order the compressor and labour. This is hard to believe but this is a true experience. I would not recommend.

Worst service, repair man came and popped the top to my dryer and told me my belt is loose. Didn’t provide any input as to why and that was a $90 charge. In the time it took him to provide me the quote of $374, I fixed it myself for $30.

We used William from WP Appliance to repair our dishwasher. The entire experience was excellent. He responded promptly to my initial phone call, arranged for the initial service call the next day, returned with parts to complete the repair in only a couple of days, quickly effected the repair, then took the time to demonstrate that the issue had been resolved. I would use WP Appliance Repair in the future and recommend him to anyone looking for prompt, effective service.

Called William on Saturday at 1 pm, he arrived less than an hour later. He was able to get an error code cleared and diagnosed a leak in a hose. He returned 4 days later (we could not accommodate his schedule first 2 days) and he completed the repair. He credited the $80 + tax service call Saturday. Very happy with service and result.

Called this guy about my dryer, he came out .. said he changed a fuse and if the fuse didn't fix the problem that the heater would need to be replaced. Charged 120$
Fuse lasted 3 days, called him back to replace the heater... comes to my house to fix but doesnt bring any parts, tries to charge me another 80$.
Called a REPUTABLE company to come look at my dryer. The problem was a burnt wire , not a heater. This guy is a scam artist and I strongly recommend you stay FAR FAR FAR AWAY !!!!!!

William repaired our dishwasher which stopped working after 9 years. He arrived the day I called, figured out the problem, ordered parts, and was fixed within a few days. Not the easiest repair, but he kept checking until all was perfect. Thank you so much , Jennifer

Paid this guy 80 bucks to come look at my washer. He had no clue what the problem was. He couldn’t even figure out how to get the error codes. At the end he said it was multiple issues and gave me a ridiculous quote I might as well had bought a new washer. I managed to reset the washer myself and fixed the problem with no issues. This guy is a scam don’t get him If it’s easy he’ll fix it if not he’ll give you a repair cost that makes you just buy a new washer

Service was timely, efficient and as quoted. 90 day warranty on the part and work provided. On time and provide 60min window of arrival time. Will definitely use WP Appliance Repair when needed in the future.

My Bosch dishwasher was not cleaning the dishes and the pods were not fully dissolving through an entire cycle. The unit was just over a year old so of coarse iut of factory warranty. Tried everything i could think of to fix it myself without having to call someone. Nothing worked. Called them. He came out on short notice, knew exactly what was wrong and what needed to be done in a very short time. He was polite and curtious. Circulation pump was bad. Was able to get parts ordered and come back out even through the holidays. Time will tell if part lasts but I would recommend this company to anyone who asks. I would say to anyone complaining about the initial 90$ service fee for him to come out and figure out what was wrong in a few minutes is a sign of years of experience and know how which is a good thing.

William was wonderful and I would highly recommend him. He arrived same day to assess the problem with my gas stove, ordered the part and had it fixed within a few days. Great customer service !

My whirlpool washer stopped working the service rep work hard with three separate visits to finally find a broken wire under the machine. Very good service and a frustrating situation for him and us. Thank you great job!

*edit* no refund was ever given for the service call. This response is a lie. The guy said he would refund the fee if I took my review down. When the service provider was at my shop I even offered for my husband to take the dryer off of the stackable washer. The service provider didn’t care to see what the actual problem was. In my opinion it was lazy and he was happy just getting the service fee.

The guy came in to fix my washer. He said he would arrive between 2-3 and he came at 3:25. He didn’t even take the washer apart to see what the problem was. He said it was a valve that needed to be ordered. We were leaving out of town and I needed it done asap, as this is a business.
My husband took it apart and it was a $1.66 hose. There was nothing wrong with the valve. He came in for less than 5 minutes and charged me $90. Now he refuses to answer.

Awesome customer service!!! They had to order a part for the washing machine, the part came in on a Saturday and the tech called to see if he could come at 5 pm to install rather than waiting until Monday. Fair pricing and very professional.
