Mr. Adam called on time and was terrific from start to finish. He installed our machine, taught us things about it, and even gave us laundry pointers we should have, but did not yet know, in our 40s. This ease of service was especially striking bc I had already dealt with CAS who wouldn’t deliver or send anyone until January; then Home Depot delivered but their installers refused to hook it up bc, literally, “the location is closed on three sides.” Huh? That’s why we got the Whirlpool laundry center: it’s designed for a closet. We had had a normal-sized washer there for decades. Searching around for an installer, ARE was not only the most cost-effective, but they were also the soonest, and the person on the phone was both professional and chill—best of both worlds. They even made follow-up calls to make sure everything was good.

Very professional and rapid execution of service. The young man came the next morning and did the work and left everything clean. Management called back to make sure I was satisfied with their service. Very refreshing

Sam came to my home and found the problem with my freezer and instead of ordering a new part and waiting for it to come, he fixed the existing part and it was up and running in just over an hour. Very satisfied!

Absolutely fantastic. Was at my house in 15 minutes from the initial call. Pulled my washing machine pump, fixed it on the spot, preventing me from needing to order an expensive part.

Charged very reasonable, was friendly and quick. Even my wife liked his service (this is saying something). 12/10, considering actually breaking appliances so I can call this guy again.

Sam came on time as stated and knew exactly what the problem was with our refrigerator. We had a problem with ice build up at the bottom of the freezer and he had us unplug the fridge for 24 hours before his visit. Upon arrival he immediately did a cleanup of elements in the rear and then sent a snake down into the blocked drain. After pouring some hot water through the drain we confirmed that everything was working through again.
We discussed another problem regarding our water filter, and he had a quick look at it and was able to fix it without any extra effort.

Offer great advice. I fixed my own dryer fuse with their advice over the phone. Great service on my mom's 35 year old washer, dryer and fridge. I always recommend Bill's.

The service was great and solved the issue but the quote on the phone was different than what I was charged. I asked specifically what the charges would be and when in called back to complain ... I got a different story from the same person who gave the original quote. Very disappointed in that enough that I wouldn't use this company in the future .. Which is a shame as the tech knew his stuff

Great service from the 1st phone call to the completed repair on our dryer. They even gave us tips to try and fix the dryer ourself but in the end we had to have them come out . They were great with accommodating us when we couldn’t get home to meet them -they moved around the appointments when I know they were super busy with repairs from the flooding in our area. Excellent price too! Thank you

Good convo on the phone and that's where it ended. Spoke at length with the woman on the phone and was told she has my control board which is great, the price, and we set a date to have someone show up. The day comes and she gave the repair guy the wrong address, and then when he did show up, no parts in hand. I was confused, and so was he. I explained that I spoke at length with her and the part was in, etc..he was clueless and had no idea. He asked her about it and she didnt recall anything. Dont know how there are no client notes on a computer system regarding our convo. He then said he would be back in a couple of days with the part. Still have not heard anything and it has been a week. After reading the other reviews, I'm not going to call as I will be accused of being rude or whatever else. I do not recommend at all.

Friendly, knowledgeable and prompt service from the husband/wife team at Bill's Appliances. They got my 20+ year old Kenmore washer/dryer set going like new again for a fraction of what a new set would have cost me.

Bar none, Bill's Appliance have THE BEST staff of any company I've dealt with. Super friendly and if there is a way to save your appliance, they will find it. I absolutely cannot recommend them highly enough.

I needed a part for my fridge door, and they came in clutch. They knew exactly what was needed, offered to install it for me so they could make adjustments if needed, and were courteous the entire time. I'd highly recommend these guys for any sort of appliance repair job, big or small. 10/10 would use again.
