Very Quick response and great same day service, Tech came during his lunchtime Shows experience, professionalism and attention to details. Dishwasher was installed with ease and I was very happy with the service and advices.

Service was quick, efficient and reasonable. Serviceman arrived on time and was polite and very responsive. We were very pleased with this man's work and felt confident that he knew what to do right away. We would highly recommend this service company to everyone.

My refrigerator and freezer went down over the weekend. The owner responded almost instantly to my online message and came and repaired the appliance that same morning. My washer was making weird noises and not washing any of my clothes. I had reached out to another company before this one and they came out, took a look and told me I was probably better off buying a new one. I called this company and they were able to arrange same day service for me. The problem was fixed the same day and I was washing again a few hours later. Tarek was prompt and knew what the exact problem was. I would definitely recommend them!!

I was very happy with Windsor Appliance Repair from the point of the first call. I was able to book an appointment that worked around my schedule. The repair technician showed up exactly on time, diagnosed, and fixed the problem in one call! I had been told by another fridge repair person that I needed to order a sensor to fix my leaking problem; however, Windsor Appliance did a quick repair to a plugged hose and I was back in business within an hour. I only waited to post my review for 3 weeks to make sure the fridge did not leak again, which it hasn't. Thanks for your honesty and integrity. I would not hesitate to call again.

Very happy with the service I received today. My refrigerator was not working, so I called today and he was at my home within an hour, and shortly after my fridge was fixed. Tarek was awesome and he explained everything to me as he went along. He is very knowledgeable and his prices are extremely reasonable. I was debating on attempting to fix my washing machine on my own, since I am handy, but I am sure glad I decided to call Windsor Appliance Repair. He called the night before to give me a window of time that he would arrive, and he also called me in the morning to let me know he was on his way. He showed up promptly and ready to work. He had my washing machine disassembled in about 30 seconds, and repaired it within 30 minutes. The price was right, he had the part in his van, he was on-time, polite, professional, and I wouldn't hesitate to refer him to my family and friends. If I ever need assistance in the future, I know who to call!

I highly recommend this place. I was in a real Jam, had gotten a new door for my Samsung fridge and could not find anyone who could take water dispenser from old door and put in new door. (Samsung product is a nightmare.)
After calling around I finally found this company and they came the same day and it works great.
They will be my go to company for all my Appliances. In the future.

Great service - came out same day I called. It was an issue with my stove and he was able to fix it that day. Friendly and reasonably priced. Would definitely call again if needed.

Do Not Use - We had no heat in the gas LG oven - because of good reviews we phoned Windsor Appliance who came that day and charged $430 for a $45 igniter - there was no discount as advertised and less then an hours work. Next morning the oven was cold- - came back and said the board needed replacing - passed on this one - I should have asked for details instead of trusting this man . Sad
