Ocean appliance came at our time of need. We were having a bachelorette weekend and our first night, the fridge broke! Within 2 hours, ocean appliances were here fixing our fridge and were up and running 20 minutes later. I would highly recommend using them.

Imran was great. Picked up the phone, gave me a price, and addressed the issue with my dishwasher. Everything was hands off, Imran did everything. Will be my first call if I ever need appliance repair in the future.

The young man was prompt, efficient, honest and polite. He diagnosed the dishwasher, explained next steps and promised great service if lg reneged on their warranty. He also explained his costs and what lg was likely to do. He was spot on! I was very happy with this service call.

These guys were excellent, great communication and tried to help me fix the issue before coming out to save me money. Fridge ice maker still wouldn’t work so they diagnosed the issue quickly, ordered the part and did a great job. 5 stars for sure, thanks again!
