SCAMERS!!! They told me that they need to get a part for my fridge and they will come back today or tomorrow. After trying to reach them for a week they took $200 for a deposit and disappeared. Never answered to my phone calls and emails. I tried to calling them from my friends phone, they have picked up a phone and after realizing that they talking to me guy just hanged up and never unsewered anymore. SCAMERS!!!

Terable service. Didn't showed up on time, then asked more than $600 to repair a diswasher, siad it needs a new seal. I dont think seal will cost $600 for a $400 dishwasher. Scamers!

Helped us with our 20 year old gas Maytag, replaced the ignitor and a burner, and explained the issues in easy to understand terms.

Our stove stopped working over the weekend. My partner called Windsor HVAC Heating and Cooling (formerly Windsor Appliance Repair) on Monday May 25th in the afternoon, the repairman, we forgot his name, phoned Michael to inform him that he had another job in the area and said he would be over to repair our stove when his previous call was done. The repairman arrived at around 6pm, and identified that the problem was not with the stove but with the power outlet. He replaced the outlet and the issue was resolved. Not only did he repair the power outlet but he may have even prevent a fire from happening in our home. He was efficient, knowledgeable and courteous. Once again we’re sorry that we forgot his name, but we will definitely call them again if we need any repairs to our appliances. We would recommend Windsor HVAC Heating and Cooling

Repair man has damaged my fridge and has not fixed an issue. I have called this company to do a repair and guy seamed to be proffesional. But while he was performing a repair, he ended up scratching my fridge and at the end told me that he can not fix mu fridge, charged my credit card and left.

Amazing experience from start to finish. Tarek is the only person I will call for all small appliance needs as well as HVAC needs - he is kind, honest, EXTREMELY knowledgeable and the kind of person you feel comfortable around too which is something that is also important as a stay at home mom with two young daughters. There is nothing worse than being home with my kids with someone who I don't feel comfortable around. Asked for service on dishwasher, guy on the other end says 2 weeks. I asked if I could make appointment for 2 weeks, he tells me, no I have to call back in 2 weeks.... So essentially wait 2 weeks and still not a guarantee to
have my dishwasher looked at... Then he asked where I am located (lasalle)says he doesn't go there... He is in Windsor?? Literally 5 minutes away from the "out skirts" of Windsor...I ask him if he knows of another place that services Bosch? He tells me to call around... I don't get it... if you are in the business of repair, you would think you would have knowledge of all places to better service your potential customers... Zero stars really for this , purely based on the lack of customer service and accommodations.

It was a pleasure dealing with Tarek. He explained everything he was doing in order to repair my oven, which he did. He was very knowledgeable. I will definitely call him again and would highly recommend him.

After going through several companies I finally found this one. They responded to me and got to my house very quickly. Great prices with top quality work. I highly recommend them for all of your appliance needs.

Tarek responded to my call for help .He showed up the next day at his promised time .My fridge/freezer DIED - I lost everything - within 10 minutes he replaced a part and I was making ice cubes in 4 hours. A job well done.

He is amazing. He knows what he is doing. I rushed over to help my senior neighbor who called me for help, their fridge was not working. I called him on valentine's day and he rushed over as he was closing shop. Very sorry to his wife about this. Hope she had a amzing night after he fixed the fridge. I highly recommend him.
