My dishwasher needed a part replaced. The fellows from Ocean Appliance Services were courteous and prompt in answering my call and arranging an appt to come service the dishwasher. The service was also reasonably priced. Glad to know I can call on them for Appliance repair help!

We were having issues with the ice maker on our Samsung fridge/freezer. After reading reviews we decided to contact Ocean Appliance Services. We WERE NOT disappointed! Imran and his partner came out at the scheduled time and diagnosed and fixed the problem in a very fast and efficient manner. Their service was very affordable. Would not hesitate to contact them again for any other repairs in the future!

My washer broke on a Friday evening, which I was not thrilled about. I made the appointment for the following Wednesday. There were some hiccups. So I highly recommend making it online and calling the person to confirm if possible to confirm the appointment.

Imran arrive later than schedule due to his previous appointment and appointment mix up. He did apologize for it for the mishap. It took him less than 15 minutes to diagnose the problem. My washer wasn't draining at all. He knew that the pump needed to be replaced. He informed me that it would be a minimum of 2 days to get the part since it needs to be ordered and delivered.

On the Friday early evening, he informed me that the part has arrived and came later in the evening to repair my washing machine. He also brought a long help to assist since it was easier with two people. It took them an hour for the repair and they even tested the washing machine before leaving to ensure it is working properly. They also adjust my machine so it would stop "dancing" or wobbling.

Cost wise, they are well priced and efficient. I just to use my washing machine that night and it worked like a charm and even more quiet then before since it no longer "dances". I will definitely call them again if I have any issues. Also you do get a 90 day warranty for the part and labor. Highly recommended. They do good work.

I called John at 3:00pm on a Saturday afternoon with a dryer not heating. Given the symptoms, he came at 5:00pm prepared with the parts for repair. After finding an alternate problem not requiring the parts, he charged me only for a service call. He departed at 6:00pm (3 hours after initial call) with dryer operational. An unexpected two thumbs-up service. Top marks.

Answered back fast and gave me advice to fix the issue over the phone. It worked! He knows his stuff and I really appreciate what he did for us

Brutal. Tried to schedule a call to have a service person to come out and look at a dishwasher that's not cleaning probably and was just told to not put food in the dishwasher...which we don't.
