Prompt reply to request for service for a leaking dishwasher. Technician arrived within 1 day. Original repair of leak completed satisfactorily, however dishwasher door did not drop down far enough to load dishes properly. Contacted Superior Appliance Service regarding this issue and they responded within the hour. Technician came the next day (at no charge) and adjusted the door. Dishwasher now operating like new.
Pleased with promptness of service, quality of service and follow-up. I will recommend Superior Appliance Service to friends and family if they need an appliance repaired.

Quick response time. I called in the evening received an email and phone call right away. An appointment was scheduled for the next evening. A respectful and knowledgeable technician came out diagnosed the issue. The part was ready the next day and could of been installed but due to my schedule I requested a later date which they fulfilled. The repair was done in a timely manner and the appliance works well again.

I will definitely recommend Superior Appliance to family and friends.

They were able to come out quick and fixed the error code on my dishwasher. Price ($300) seemed steep for the amount of time (<1hr) the tech was out. I understand that appliance repairs probably differ greatly one to the next, so providing a quote ahead of time would be difficult. Would have been good to have some ballpark, as price to come out was $89 minimum.
In the end they did fix the issue, so grateful for that. Just wish there was ability for greater pricing transparency.

Terrible service. Even worse customer service. Scratched my floor during a dishwasher repair in January and ‘can’t find someone to fix it yet’. Technician made excuses and wasn’t friendly. Embarrassing company

Please for the love of god either fix or turn off your digital sign out front. It has been displaying -1° as a temperature, as well as the incorrect time since 2020.

It is a generous 1. He asked for cash as payment. However, The problem was not corrected and left us with no recourse. We are now out $400.

The sign out front of the store stays on 24/7 wasting energy. It has the wrong temperature and time on it since 2020. This is light pollution and very unprofessional. It’s easy to turn it off if you don’t have parts to fix it.
