Unfortunately the cost to repair our freezer, mainly because of the cost of the parts, was too high to justify so we did not go ahead with the repairs. Instead we ordered a new freezer.

Great communication, service technician was timely and professional. Diagnosed quickly and able to provide part/labour quotes on the spot. Unfortunately my dishwasher was diagnosed with a sump problem that was too expensive to repair compared to the cost of buying a new appliance.

I called Superior on the weekend and we had a technician scheduled for the Monday. Our technician was very knowledgeable and when a part was needed, he made an appt to come back the next day. Very professional and reasonable prices.

We also received a confirmation on the name of the technician who then the day before confirmed the arrival time we could expect him. He then on the day of the repair again reached out to confirm he was on his way and arrived on time.

He was personable and professional and immediately knew what had to be done to fix our dryer. We were also happy that he had the spare parts to fix our dryer with him.
