Told this guy the issue with the fridge before he came to see and all he did when he came to see the fridge was touched the fridge and said the compressor is gone and he can’t do anything about it and demanded $80 for a service call. I don’t care if he has 50 yrs of experience but he cheats ppl. I called someone else who fixed the issue in 10 mins. Don’t call this guy and save your money. I paid him because of his age as he said he is 73 yrs old.

I called for issue with cooking range. I clearly explained issue on the phone about one burner not working and the issue I was suspecting and asked if he can fix and he said yes. He reached home after some time, told me in the first minute that it was the same issue and will be very costly fix and better go for new range, and charged me the fee. I later contacted the manufacturer to check if the fix was covered in warranty and they said they needed summary from technician about part details, otherwise they need to send a technician. I contacted Tony and he refused to provide me that. Totally unprofessional and waste of time and money

Tony was at my house by 11am and I texted him at 4am ...he is great! Told me what I needed to know about my washer....unfortunately it's broken...but he let me know what he recommended and was happy with his honesty! Thank you Tony! I bought a new washer today! Thanks for coming out still !

Tony was awesome to work with! He came within two hours of our call and quickly was able to diagnose and repair our dishwasher. His prices are incredibly reasonable especially compared to other places I called. And he was very friendly to chat with as well, explaining the problem and even giving us tips on maintenance. I absolutely recommend Tony and will call him again if needed.

He was very good after I called him he was here within 2 hours and he fixed the problem on my older dryer within the hour. He was super sweet with my family and was very personable I would highly recommend him to anyone!

This guy does less than the bare minimum work. Totally unprofessional. Poor communicator. He has no skills, he barely knows how to use a screwdriver.

"Fixed" my range hood and told me he cannot test it, it still does not work! He told me to "go ahead and complain to Whirlpool, I'm going to send my side of the story now."

The rangehood was on the floor so it can be worked on easily. He knew it was there for two months while I waited for parts. He could have told me to install the unit or he could not test it when comes back, but he didn't. He saw an opportunity to leave without finishing the job, so he stayed quiet and just walked out. He is lazy and unhelpful. Zero customer service ability.

You fixed the light on my rangehood and NOT THE FAN! Great job, buddy.

My washer stopped working in February, after 3 and a half months of dealing with the Appliance Pros (whirlpools warranty unfortunately) they finally sent me a new technician from Deep Appliance Repairs. I would 100% recommend this company for any Appliance issues, the technician was very prompt and always kept in contact for updates. He ordered the part for the motor and had it fixed within a week. Awesome service and knowledgeable technician.

Worst level of service, unprofessional and rude. Stay away, technician name: Denish Kumar Patel. I did file a complaint with KitchenAid to stop using this technician, technician came into residence 4 times, first time to diagnose, second time made a mess and made a partial repair, Patel had wrong part ordered. 3rd time he came and made a mess again and installed fridge freezer door wrong. Called back 4th time and technician alleged that freezer is working as designed and insulted my wife. Technician was removed from the property and Kitchenaid was contacted. Kitchenaid sent a different repair tech to address door issue, fast forward 30 days later and the repair that was done by Deep appliance repair and Installation and its technician Denish Kumar Patel did not address the initial problem which is ice accumulation in freezer. Stay away from Denish Kumar Patel, Deep Appliance Repair and stay away from Kitchenaid and its affiliates. Subpar service for premium hard-earned dollars.

A great service with excellent communication. I was told our service technician would be coming between 11-3 to inspect our dryer and that I would receive notification 30 minutes prior to arrival. At 10:30, I received notification. And the service technician arrived right at 11 am. Very thorough work, quick and efficient. We had clothes in our dryer by 11:45! We will definitely be calling again should we have any future issues with any of our appliances.
