I called Bill’s Appliances for help with my washing machine because it was loud and stopped agitating. Emmitt came and replaced the clutch. Maybe a $40 part online. It started agitating and so he left and the total invoice was about $225 and he was at my house maybe 30 minutes. Expensive!

He didn’t look at the loudness of the machine so I called back 4 months later asking to have him come by again cause the machine was so much louder. He came by and said it’s the bearings and they can’t be fixed so i should just ride this machine until it dies and buy a new one. And then he charged me $100. He was at my house maybe 10 minutes at most. Imagine showing up to someone’s home and telling them you won’t fix their machine and then asking for $100?!

Well I fixed the washer myself out of spite. I ordered a new gear case because old one leaked all its lubricant out. I took everything apart, transferred the motor to the new part and now it runs perfectly! It’s as quiet as the day I bought it.

I guess if you’re in a pinch and have money to spend you could call Bill’s Appliances but if you don’t have money and your bearings are broken call me instead lol.

This repair service has no quality. Refridgerater not fixed but lost time. Do not recommend this business.

First they are never on time. Secondly, they provide an awful service! Charged a service fee even though they do not have the parts to fix the issue. “Call the manufacturer” was their response.

I reported this company to the Better Business Bureau, They were scheduled for noon, I waited 3 hours for a tech to show up, nobody reached out to us at anytime letting us know they would be late, i tried texting their service reps no a return message, at 3.30, I cancelled, i had another appointment, this is when the communication pick-ed up, they texted me every minute threatening me with a service charge, this is the poorest level of customer service i have experienced

The technician that arrived to my home was very nice and helpful. He fixed my oven while also answering my questions. Thank you for the great customer service to that gentleman.

I called this company last night. I had big problem with my fridge. The guys come at 9 am next day. Very professional and fast service in Windsor!

The repairman arrived early in the window given. He was polite , friendly and knowledgeable. The repairman was thorough and completed the repair quite quickly and at a fair price. Definitely would recommend Quality Appliance Repair.
