The technician was very thorough and professional, explaining the problem and following up with an estimate. Unfortunately, since our fridge is 15 years old, we decided to replace it.

Service was quick and reliable. I called around 6pm on a Thursday night, and had a technician booked for 10AM the next day. Part was ordered and installed quickly, and the technician was easy to communicate with.

Shakeel showed up on time and was very respectful of our house and so put on protective shoe gear so as not to scratch the floor He was very patient with all our questions while diagnosing the issues. Shakeel told us what was wrong with our washer and told us how much the repairs would be. We thought that was expensive compared to just getting a new unit He also recommended waiting a bit if we could and buy a new unit as the current machine is close to giving out and requiring more repairs. He was honest and said don’t waste your money on repairs and just purchase a new unit as soon as you can. Shakeel felt there was still a little bit of life left in the old machine. Service was excellent. The diagnosis of what was wrong was quick, same as the repair. Personnel was very polite and professional, taking care of the dryer as well as all the things around.

Service is so poor. They will tell you to come a day after then they will change it to two days after from 9am to 10am. You waited and waited and after 10 am since no technician came, you called then after 10 times of calling you finally got to talked to the customer service representative saying that you need to wait until 1pm for the technician to come.
Is this what you call customer service?

Customer service was great, However, four weeks later, my washer broke again, and it was the same problem that was fixed by this company.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Don’t believe their google rating, as they offer cash back for a 5 star review. Scammers.

Their service technician charged $200 to repair my dishwasher, left without communicating what he did, and the problem persists. When I called to ask him to return the person on the phone was rude, impatiently telling me there is no warranty on the work.

I am very happy with the service! Azan was on time, quick and honest. He was able to identify the issue with my dryer that wasn't turning on and give me a cost for the repair right away. I would definitely recommend Appliance Repair for quick, reliable service!
