William Putros and his son did a fantastic job on my Whirlpool Dryer. They replaced all the broken parts in the same day that saved us a ton of money as we really did not want to buy a new dryer. By repairing and cleaning out our dryer made our old dryer brand new!! Cannot thank WP Appliance Repair for their fantastic work and service!

William came the same day I called. He had to order a part and came the following day. Not only did he fix the dryer but noticed that I had a burnt out lightbulb on the stairway. A really awkward place to reach. Before he left he replaced the lightbulb. Thank you so much. Easily 5 stars, I would definitely call him again in the future.

The dishwasher stopped draining. I had called other services and got no answer or was told “we’re not doing repairs at this time”
WP appliances answered right away, came by and assessed the situation. He said I needed a new pump, would get one and put it in the next day. And he did! Price was very reasonable and I would recommend him above all others.

I could not be happier with this company. Pricing is reasonable and after repairing my dryer, I informed them that it was making noise again and they came back a week later and fixed the issue, which turned out to be something new and did not charge me. The level of service was exceptional and this will be my go to every time I have issues with appliances. It is refreshing to see that there are still fair and honest service technicians out there.

WP Appliance Repair was not my first choice when my washer quit, but the technician at the place of purchase was on vacation and no one else answered the phone. I am very happy none of the others worked out! WP came out to McGregor as promised, on time, and it only took an hour to repair my washer. They were professional, cordial, and offered to leave me a manual. The cost was much, much less than I expected, especially for a Saturday service call. These folks will be my first call next time. They left my laundry room ready for business, I didn't have to put anything back.

Our Bosch dishwasher relatively new started acting up on Tuesday with Error 15 sign showing at the panel.

I called WP Appliance Repair after finding them online and reading through their reviews. My clothes dryer stopped working and I got an appointment quickly. William arrived with his apprentice and determined the issue quite quickly. He also found another problem which he offered to fix. He was back later in the day with the necessary parts and had the work completed within half an hour. They were polite, professional and cleaned up after themselves. Pricing was more than reasonable for the work done. Definitely recommend and will use for future repairs.

Our dryer broke and it appeared and sounded like a replacement was needed. Called WP appliance repair and they came same day to diagnose the issue. Fair prices and honest and up front about pros and cons of fixing versus replacing the machine Less than 72 hours later they had ordered parts and came to replace what was broken (the motor). Small hiccup the next day on first use after the repair and they came back without delay to look at what was going on. Dryer is working again like new. Very pleasant to deal with. Respectful of our home etc. have saved in our contacts should we need any further appliance repairs

I called several places and no one was able to assist with fixing my broken washer as it’s not a popular brand. WP services replied and came same day despite the weather outside. Provided with a very reasonable quote and placed an order for the part and came to fix the next day. My washer is now fixed. Very professional, courteous, quick and honest.
