Constraction reviews in Windsor, Ontario

I sadly had the pleasure of meeting someone on the team, they are rude inconsiderate kids in adult body’s . I’d pick any other construction company these guys don’t care about you or their work

Asked them on how to proceed with changing my cabinets as it starts peeling off, told me its gonna take a while to figure out my account ( changed of owner) that was a month ago and until now nobody try to reached out and update me as how to proceed with my concern. Called them a few times and the last time nobody answered and I left them a vm under what account it was. Hopefully you pay attention to your customer service. Tnx

Nice place and staff clean bathrooms great cabinets makers and lighting fixtures install

This company doesn’t guarantee their work. Complete failure of a project. And yes I was a customer.

rude employees, unprofessional

CCS took over a bathroom renovation for me and exceeded expectation in many ways. Highly recommend.

The best dental construction company.

from the day they broke ground on my addition CCS was fast and professional. Carl and his team went above and beyond to make sure everything was exactly what I wanted. definitely my go to company if ever need anything in the future. thanks again for everything

I cannot say enough on how professional and polite Carl and his team are during this difficult time.

My mom and I are very thankful for the amazing work that they have done and would recommend them highly!!!

Awesome job team. Keep it up!!

CCS is an excellent company to work with. They are very talented tradesmen and great people to work with. I have done many projects with them and have always been impressed by their work ethic and how they deal with the customer. I will always recommend them.

Always love working with this team of professionals, they provide excellent communication and amazing quality of deliverables.

For years we have wanted a permanent roof over our cement deck but kept being told it couldn't be done because of the existing roofline of our kitchen nook. Once Carl viewed our project area he came in with a total "Can do" approach. Not only were they able to put a roof on but the designer added a privacy wall with a fireplace and TV. They also worked around some challenges, integrated the rooflines, matched all the trim and soffits, etc. and did a couple of other jobs for us as well. Prices are fair and reasonable. Crew was always on time, did excellent work and cleaned up every day. Carl and his team (Chad & Scott) are very professional and friendly and were in constant communication with us throughout the project.
We would absolutely recommend CCS Engineering & Construction for any renovation project you may have.

CCS is an excellent company and their attention to detail is bar none. They are kind, always prompt to answer questions/deal with issues that may arise, and their construction worksite is the cleanest I have ever seen!
My dental office turned out beautiful! I am very grateful to them for all of their hard work and would highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for a construction company.

CCS made our house addition as stress-free as possible, handling everything from the initial drawings to the final painting and everything in between. They were very organized, professional, and efficient - our neighbours marvelled at how fast the construction phase was completed and how clean they left the job site. We would recommend CCS in a heartbeat! They will be our go-to company for any future house projects.

We chose CCS for our office refresh/renovation and we couldn’t be happier. Their enthusiasm and excitement at the initial meeting was contagious. The design, implementation and final results were exactly as anticipated. They worked out a plan that allowed minimal disruption to our busy schedule. A timetable with daily updates was always provided and all of our requests and wants were achieved by a friendly and skilled crew. Highly recommended, they won’t disappoint. Harrow Dental

We were referred to CCS from friends when wanting to put an addition on our house. From the beginning Carl, Chad and Scott and team have been great. They made the process easy from the design stage through construction all the way up to completion. Very responsive to our questions.

I think the best part was how professional our neighbours perceived them as well. They were there almost everyday until the job was completed and they always cleaned up the site after every shift. The trades were always timely and equally as professional.

If you’re looking to get some work done, don’t look elsewhere!

CCS successfully completed a complete revamp of an existing clinic within a challenging timeframe. Highly skilled on-site crew was readily available, and solution focused to keep project on track. Daily progress updates provided with photos was appreciated by everyone involved and enhanced go forward communication. The front office team was professional, skilled, and a business pleasure to work with.

We recently completed a massive addition to our existing home, along with a full house makeover. Carl and his team were professional, punctual, and provided quality work. Chad & Scott were wizards with the construction side of our remodel. They were wonderful with our kids and we were happy to have them in our home. All of their subcontractors were excellent and any issues that arose were handled by Carl quickly and fairly. I have recommended CCS to my family and friends. Results are stellar each time. If we had to do it all again we'd stick with CCS!

The team at CCS did a fantastic job on several projects for us. Building a new garage and workshop, as well as tearing out a second floor balcony and creating a new one to match our existing patio.
The team was very professional and the process was extremely organized.
We are very happy with the results

7/5 Stars! The experience from start to finish has been unlike any other construction company I've dealt with. From the moment I walked into their office, I felt like I was working with a group of friends that I could trust. The CCS process is unique, and is basically a one stop shop that allows you to design, engineer and construct your dream project into a reality. If you are a medical health professional with a busy schedule, look no further. CCS takes care of the entire process which allows you to focus on the other needs of your healthcare practice. Carl is quite literally available 24/7, and was responsive to all of my needs. He will do anything in his power to make you happy with your project. He's also just a really cool guy, and you'll want to remain friends after your project is done. Patrick is an engineer extraordinaire, he saved me time by taking care of all of the permits, and he is very knowledgeable in his field. Kelsey has impeccable taste as a designer, and she played the largest part in making the office look absolutely stunning. Jesse and his crew were always great to work with, they didn't cut corners and they worked very professionally and neatly. A shout out to Noal, Evan, Stephane and of course Mumtaz on the amazing electrical and immaculate mill-work. I couldn't be happier with the final result. Thank you all from Boutros Eye Care!

We worked with CCS to build a new start-up specialty practice. We enjoyed a good working relationship with the entire team. Kelsey and co worked with me through many layout revisions until I was satisfied. They listened well to what I wanted and helped me bring the vision I had to life. They made it all happen and now my office is a beautiful space that I am proud to share with my patients.
