Very professional and a hard worker. I have dealt with a lot of subcontractors over the last 20 years and trust me, he is a gentleman and easy to work with. He respects the job site and takes great care to explain what to expect from the finished project.

Salim just completed my renovation and i was happy with the job well done. I could not believe how nice my house looks after Salim fixed it up. I would not hesitate to recommend Salim anytime.

I have recently build two modern homes on east end (Banwell) and I used Salimco as my finish carpenter, I totally recommend him,
His work is very professional, very clean and perfect cuts. More importantly likewise some trades, he stays by his work and any problem from his end, you can count on him to be always there to honor his word. Totally professional and honest, his crew are amazing people.
His price is very fair for the quality that he does, totally happy and satisfied.
Thank you guys guys

see you again

We were looking for contractor to replace our bannister and moulding in the living room, dining room and hallways with little luck. We luckily saw Salim’s truck and called him. His workmanship and eye for detail resulted in a beautiful oak bannister and oak baseboards. We could not be happier. Salim is a true craftsman, provides high quality results at a reasonable price. Did exactly what we wanted and finished on schedule. As he was leaving noticed our front door was sticking. He took the time to fix it. A very great experience from a contractor who cares.

We initially hired Salim Co. to complete our kitchen renovation a couple years ago and didn’t hesitate to call again when it was time for our bathroom renovation. The attention to detail is excellent; he doesn’t think twice to fix “shortcuts” that other contractors had taken and works to make them right. There is the unknown of what is behind the walls when you're doing a renovation (at least with our house there was) and Salim always explained the concern and offered solutions that we understood and agreed to, he would never do something in our home that we wouldn't do in his own. The quality of the work is always top notch! I highly I recommend Salim Co, for your next home renovation- he truly cares about doing a good job and doing it right.

Salim just finished installing a beam in my main floor, patching the floor and wrapping in drywall. His work is absolutely excellent. Salim was also very friendly and helpful beyond his own job, providing expert advise. Salim was flexible to work to my schedule and accommodated delays from other contractors. I cannot say enough good things, 10/10 would recommend!

We Had AEC out to our century home in Harrow to update the electrical service coming into the house. Rob and his crew did a professional clean job all within the day to avoid any inconvenience.
Polite and informative about the work that was being done
Highly recommended for your electrical needs

Advanced Electric and Controls INC exceeded every expectation we had. From the very beginning, Rob (the owner), Annabelle, and Obai were absolutely incredible to work with. We were in a stressful situation dealing with insurance issues and needed knob and tube wiring removed ASAP, and they went out of their way to fit us in on very short notice.

From the moment they arrived, they were respectful, professional, and genuinely kind. You can tell they truly care about their work and their clients. The quality of their craftsmanship was outstanding; they completely rewired our home with updated copper wiring, and the best part is you can barely tell any work was done. Honestly, if I didn’t point it out, guests would never even notice. That’s how clean and precise their work is.

They provided a fair and honest quote, and what really stood out is that they went above and beyond by addressing additional issues they came across during the job, without cutting corners. That level of integrity is rare.

I also want to give a huge shoutout to Angela in the office. She was incredibly patient, kind, and thorough...taking the time to answer all my questions and making sure I fully understood the inspection, the quote, and the scope of work. She made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free.

I 100% recommend Advanced Electric and Controls INC to anyone looking for reliable, skilled, and trustworthy electricians. We’ll definitely be using them again soon for more work. Couldn’t be happier that we found them!
