Constraction reviews in Windsor, Ontario

Welcome Home is by far, the best contractor we have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. From the design stage to the completed bathrooms they were professional, respectful, on time and the workmanship was second to none. We highly recommend Welcome Home Kitchen and Bath.

We did a kitchen refacing with this company. The staff is very friendly and professional and they take care of every little detail. Our kitchen turned out beautiful. We are very happy with the work done. We highly recommend Welcome home kitchen &bath. Thank you.

Charles patiently walked us through every design decision and the actual remodel. Every worker that was sent to our home were professional and thorough. They explained everything about the process. Our home was left clean and tidy everynight. Special kudos to Charles for being our lifeline when we had a couple panic attacks.

They took a 25 year old kitchen and made it look brand new. Marvin and his brother worked together like a well oiled machine. They arrived each morning on time and worked steadily all day. The kitchen and work area was left clean and tidy at the end of each day. They where a pleasure to have in the house doing the reface. I would highly recommend Brian and his company to friends and family. UP date. Items needed to be adjusted . Spoke to Brian months ago . Still not come to do adjustments. Not pleased.

This company was our choice of 3 for many reasons. First. They were the only company that came to our home to give our first estimate and pick our brains on what we were looking to do. From that day on they were professional and on time with everything they said they would do. Sean and his crew were curtious and very good craftsmen. We love our new kitchen and we'll tell everyone that this is the company they should use for their next project. The quality of the cabinets is top notch. Even the appliance company stated that they don't usually get the opening for the fridge right on the first try.
Would give them 10 stars if possible.

Both "Welcome Home" employees who came to our house to install new cabinet doors were very professional, personable and well prepared. They were punctual and worked steadily to completion. They answered our questions, made suggestions for future considerations and cleaned up very well when the job was completed. They give your company a good name. We are grateful for a job well done. We are very please with their work. We will certainly suggest your company to others when asked.

Outstanding work from Welcome Home. Right from the planning stage by Brian and Kim until a final visit to put in knobs and pulls complete satisfaction . The two installers Marven
and Meroun were extremely talented and professional. They are also great guys. Went above and beyond in their work.We have brand new cabinets in appearence but only had a refacing. Highly highly recommend this company.

I highly recommend Welcome Home Kitchen and Bath. They refaced our Kitchen Cabinets, modified some existing cabinets and installed new countertops, door handles, faucet and sink. It is beautiful and we couldn't be happier with the results. The automatic garbage door opener was a great bonus. Brian, Kim and their entire team were the utmost professionals. Their qualified staff were efficient and punctual throughout the entire project. If you are in need of a Kitchen renovation, either refacing or replacing, I encourage you to contact Welcome Home Kitchen and Bath.

I highly recommend Welcome Home! Brian, Kim and their crew were professional and courteous! Kim and Brian were very helpful during the whole process. I had a few little issues with the cabinets and they came back right away and fixed the problem. I accidentally put a mark on the end panel with a marker and Brian came right away the same day to remove it. The kitchen and bathroom renovation is gorgeous!

We love our new bathroom. It looks so nice. Our friends have commented that it looks like a top quality spa. It really does. Workers were great and left the room very clean when they left each day. We are very happy with Welcome Home. Thanks for a lovely bathroom.

Just a year ago I was unable to walk and facing surgery in just a few weeks. I realized that I needed a walk-in shower so I went to look at Welcome Home. Wayne LaBranche took one look at me and told me that he would fit me in and get the bathroom remodel done over the Christmas holiday while I was hospitalized and in Respite care. Sean led the remodel and by the time I came home, I had a jewel of a bathroom. Their workmanship was phenomenal. I had to put my trust in them totally since no one would be there to supervise. I am since recovering from my second surgery and every time I walk Into that bathroom I am reminded of the generosity, work ethic and overall kindness that was shown to me by Wayne and all of his employees. I can’t thank them or recommend them enough.

If there was an option for zero stars, I would choose it without hesitation. I strongly advise anyone considering customizing their kitchen to steer clear of Welcome Home Kitchen & Bath. Our experience with Ashley on April 12 was nothing short of disappointing.

Despite arriving with a clear budget, Ashley dismissed our ideas right from the start, claiming they were beyond our financial scope. We offered to increase our budget slightly, yet throughout the appointment, Ashley failed to provide pricing for any options we discussed. We left with chosen colors but no estimate, only promises of receiving kitchen renders promptly and a seemingly agreeable 4-week build time.

However, the following weeks were a cascade of unresponsiveness and delays. Despite numerous emails, replies were scarce, and when we called on May 6, Ashley seemed uninformed and uninterested, claiming she had just received numbers from our contractor, which raised doubts about the timeline.

When our contractor finally received the renders and costs on May 10, the build time skyrocketed to 20 weeks without justification. The kitchen design was grossly over budget, leading to more frustration and a fruitless attempt to get an itemized list from Ashley, who was often unreachable.

This lack of professionalism and disregard for our budget and timeline is unacceptable. Ashley's failure to communicate effectively, provide timely estimates, and manage expectations reflects poorly on Welcome Home Kitchen & Bath. I cannot in good conscience recommend this company to anyone.

Thank You Welcome Home Kitchen and Bath for a job well done! From the initial consult with Kim and Brian to the installation of the cupboard doors, by Julie and Meron the company was very professional. We absolutely love the final product. We highly recommend Welcome Home Kitchen and Bath to anyone wanting to complete a kitchen refresh and more!!

From start to finish, we had an amazing experience working with Wayne and his team. They are professional, competitive in terms of pricing, pay attention to every tiny detail and respond promptly to any question or concern along the way. We had a full bathroom reno done and a few weeks into the project, discovered a problem in our second bath that caused us great anxiety. Wayne and Sean were on it and accommodated a second full reno. We couldn't be happier with the finished product and now have two gorgeous bathrooms with high quality materials and excellent workmanship. The talented staff (especially John) were prompt, professional, skilled and friendly - leaving the house clean at the end of each day and treating our space with respect. I would highly, highly recommend Welcome Home to anyone. In fact, I have a couple other projects in the future and will be calling on them again without a doubt. Thank you to all of you at Welcome Home Improvement - you're the best!!

Sean, Wayne, Brian, Andrew formed the perfect team to do our complete kitchen reno. We had excellent advice and suggestions as to what might look and work best. The workmanship was excellent, and I especially appreciated the attention to keeping a clean workspace. I highly recommend "Welcome Home" for any and all renovation projects. One last thing that needs mentioning "there were no hidden costs" no surprises just quality product and work. Everyone loves our new kitchen!!

We are extremely pleased with our new dream kitchen, powder room and new flooring on main level. They are a professional, fun and very hardworking crew, every one of them! Too many names to list but I will not forget you. Welcome Home provided quality materials, attention to detail and was on the job site until the work was done. It was a smooth job from the design to completion. Thank you all for a job well done! Daniela and Angelo Giannetti

ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL EXPERIENCE !!!!

We are so grateful for our amazing experience with Welcome Home!! The entire process was flawless from start to finish. Not one complaint. Charlie took his time with us to pick out every detail. He was organized and has amazing vision to visualize how everything would look as we pieced it together. He always got back to me within an hour to answer any questions. His communication is a huge asset in a big renovation project!! Sean, the project manager, was fantastic!!! His experience and expertise made the entire experience run so smoothly. We could not have asked for a better guy to get the job done. He makes sure everything is done properly and to the highest standard. The crew - Mark, Brad, Andrew, Jordan and Mike.. you guys are the best! We couldn't have asked for better guys to get the work done. They were excellent at their jobs. Everything was completed to the highest standard. They were always professional and a great crew to be around. We had to be out of our kitchen, main bath and bedrooms, and they made the experience as easy as possible. They made sure to get us back into our bedrooms ASAP which we really appreciated. They kept everything extremely clean each night. We truly could not have asked for a better company all around. We will miss seeing the guys each day. We are so happy with the final results!!! Our home is BEAUTIFUL!!! Thank you Welcome Home!!!!!!!

We recently had our kitchen cupboards and back splash refaced and tiled with Welcome Home Kitchen & Bath.
We were very impressed and pleased by the work that Kim, Brian & their team had done.
Brian ensured any little concern was taken care of promptly, which was appreciated.
Our kitchen turned out as nice as they guaranteed.
Overall, a standup company that does what they say they will.
Would highly recommend this company.
We would like to wish Brian, Kim, Julie and Gavin all the best in the new year.
Yours truly, happy customers, Mike & Sheila.

From the moment we started working with Welcome Home, they treated us exceptionally. Although we had a smaller project, they did not make us feel like our business was not wanted like other places we had went for quotes. They worked around our budget and the price point for the quality of cabinets is amazing. Special thanks to Melany for being so patient with all design changes, Sean and Wayne for their insight throughout the project and Brian for helping us with pickup!

I couldn’t be more pleased with my kitchen renovation. It truly exceeded our expectations. Thanks to the professionalism of all involved.

Kudos to Kim, Brian, Julie and the team from Welcome Home for the job they did on our recent kitchen renovation. The time it took and timing of the project were as advertised, a welcome departure from what can often be a frustrating aspect of any project. We really appreciated the options available, the attention to detail, the ability to find unique solutions to a couple of challenging issues and the meticulousness evident when cleaning up each day before departure and at completion of the project. Combining these elements with very competitive pricing is a winning formula. We are so happy we made the decision to go with Welcome Home and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.
