They were amazing to work with. The team renovated a house for us and everything went so smoothly we couldn’t be happier. They promised a timeline and delivered as planned. The communication was on point and nothing went astray. The final product was also much to be said. Everything was top notch and no complaints. I would 💯 recommend renorite for their communication style and finish work. Good contractors are hard to find and renorite was amazing.

Unfortunately, I do NOT recommend this company. Aaron does not respond to texts or phone calls and like another customer, my job is half finished with no indication when or if it will be finished. No way to deal with a customer.

Sorry I hired Aaron and his crew for my siding job they put up the siding but left without caulking and attaching my downspouts to the house.sent him a text on this issue and was promised he would be back. That was a month ago and still no show.and him and his crew had no problem drinking all our beer

Had to get the siding done on my house in a time sensitive manner, the owner was exceptionally helpful and his crew were very professional throughout the entire experience. The work is perfect and I have 0 complaints. I've also seen his crew working on other properties in my neighborhood with the same result, which made my decision that much easier when I needed my siding done. Appreciate all the help!

I do not usually leave negative reviews but I am hoping to save people from having the same experience that we have had. After a tree crashed through our house damaging much of the exterior we needed a siding contractor who could start the job quickly to seal up the house as the winter was approaching. Aaron was very quick to provide an excellent quote and very attentive to our questions. He responded quickly to all of our questions and even did a little preliminary work to seal the old siding around a new window that we had installed. Everything was great until we gave him a deposit for the materials. Suddenly he was not as responsive and not truthful regarding placing the order for the materials. We were told by Aaron that he had placed the order with a local distributor. One day as we drove past this business we stopped in to get a colour sample to match some exterior paint. We were told that they had not placed the order but they had provided a quote for the materials and were waiting for a deposit from Aaron. This was the second time that this distributor had told us this after Aaron had assured us that they were mistaken and he did not require a deposit to order the materials. The company pulled up the order and the emails that were sent between them and Aaron asking for the deposit. They confirmed that they had spoken to Aaron the morning of our visit to the store. At this point we figured that we were getting the run around and that we had chosen the wrong contractor. I immediately called, texted and emailed Aaron to tell him that we were canceling the job because of this and that the job would not be done before the winter now due to lead times of the materials. All of my communication attempts were not returned . I called the WPD at this point I received a text from Aaron stating that he was advised by his lawyer that he did not need to return the deposit as he had placed the order for the materials and he had not missed the date agreed to in the contract. This is not true he did not purchase the materials or he would have called us to say everything is on track when he received the emails and texts from us cancelling the job. This has been a nightmare for us and we are out of pocket thousands of dollars. We found another contractor to do the work and we are very happy with their work. I have asked Aaron multiple times via text message to return our deposit.
Be very careful ......we are proceeding with legal representation to get our money back currently.

Stay Away from this fraud company / Aaron Chantler I hired him to renovate my house agreed amount upfront. The work was started but then abandoned — many tasks remain incomplete and the quality of what was done is unacceptable. Since then I have received misleading information and empty promises instead of a plan to finish the job. I repeatedly explained my family’s difficult situation and asked for help, but was ignored. I am left with unfinished work, financial loss and a lot of stress. I am sharing my experience to warn others. I am pursuing other channels to resolve this (consumer protection, small claims, police) and will update this review if the situation changes.

He took all the money and never renovate my house but has left the work and keep misguiding me even he was aware about my family situation. No mercy and humanity . I am not going to sit and preparing for story for social media with all proofs . I am going to main stream media and Windsor area Social Media pages will post my horrible experience . I will update you soon on this.

Belfor has been a great company to deal with. Initially dealing with crew doing the cleanup Alhasan Al-Rawi and his crew all were very knowledgeable, professional and helpful
And now dealing with Rick Chicon and the crew doing the restoration, Paul Talbot and Mike Adkins have been very professional, knowledgeable and helpful as well. Everything is more challenging during these COVID restrictions but we have been very satisfied with this company and their workers.

I had a flood Sept 20 2018. Insurance company called Before to come. Brian Cuthbert Assistant Project Manager came . He was very professional and talked me through every step of what was going to happen from clean up to going through contents. I was able to call him at anytime if I had questions. He is most definitely a asset to your company . He had a team come out to clean up water damage and they were great . The team he had come go through lost contents were amazing and friendly and respectful. The team leader Darcie is second to none she knows her job very well . Was able to explain things to me and made me feel at ease over things that were lost. I recommend Belfor to anyone. Thanks for all yous did. Chris Girard

David  Larocque organized and completed repairs in our house above our expectations and we are very grateful for it!
