Super excited to have my basement back after the flood. Belfour did a great job with everything from scheduling, repairs and making sure I was satisfied in the end. They were very professional and easy to deal with. Definitely would use in the future.

With all the high winds we have been having this year I’m afraid we were in need of a new roof. I called our insurance company in the morning and was pleasantly surprised that within a couple of hours, Charles Banham, Project Manager, from BELFOR PROPERTY RESTORATION contacted us and arrived at our home later that same day! Charles was very efficient and definitely knew what we needed. He called an excellent roofer immediately and within a few hours they were here repairing the shingles that had blown off since rain was expected that evening. Within a couple of weeks the roofers were back replacing our roof and Charles made sure that he was on-site inspecting their workmanship, etc.. This was a relief to have him take such good care of us since we are Seniors and not able to climb on the roof.
We would definitely recommend BELFOR PROPERTY RESTORATION and if you’re as lucky as we were you’ll get to meet Charles Banham, Property Manager😃

Neil’s crew, Jody, Chris and Devon were very professional and did an excellent job cleaning up a water damaged basement. I would recommend them to anyone in a similar situation!

Call after hour emergency number and Neil came to meet with us and walked us through the next steps. Neil got everything/ roofing company all lines up for us. They were very professional also. After all the work was completed Neil stopped by to make sure we were happy with the job that was done. Thanks for your professional service Neil. Would highly recommend Belfor

SO tardy. SO disorganized.
Flooded august 25 as did everyone else. I understood it would be a while. 3 weeks later a crew shows up to do demolition. 6 of them. In a little van. Where was all the garbage going?? Oh just on my front lawn for the day. They did not keep my vanity countertop that was granite so I am not reimbursed on it. They also threw away doorknobs that I now need to repurchase. 3 days later I get a call stating that Belfor wants to drop off equipment to dry up prior to demolition (23 days after the flood). Clean up was done 3 days prior. And you think I just sat in a wet damp house for THREE weeks?? The next week I got another call to drop off drying equipment. Does no one communicate here??
A week later. A man calls to finish demolition?? And removed things that were not wet that I now need to replace. After SEVEN weeks I finally got a quote. I asked for a breakdown of labour vs.material to which I was informed they could not do?? Pretty sure I’m entitled to that. Especially when their quote was 7000 less than the contractor I plan to use.
I was promised a quote a week prior. I called and my calls were ignored. Extremely unprofessional. I understand you’re busy… but BE PROFESSIONAL. COMMUNICATE with your clients and communicate within your workplace!
Absolutely disgusted with Belfor. The only reason I gave 2 stars is cause our project manager Jude was awesome and super easy to reach.But once things were out of his hands it was a disaster.

Jeff and his team were prompt, efficient, polite and professional. All contacts went out of their way to accommodate me in every way. Clean up was excellent. Likely the best service experience I've had.

Robbie, Brody and Zack came in on an evening and cleaned up the whole place and ripped out carpet. They installed scrubbers and a dehumidifier. They were efficient and worked so quickly. They came to collect all their equipment when they said they would.

Zack and Karill did a great job. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. I was particularly impressed with how well they cleaned up after themselves. Thanks guys!

Very pleased from start to finish with the quality of work and customer service I received after dealing with ice storm damage. Workers were always communicative keeping me updated on everything and always on time each day. Very clean, left everything boxed up nicely and spotless. Special thanks to Ruth, Frank, Paul and Chris. I don’t know the names of the initial crew of men and women involved in the start of things doing clean up, takedown and packing. Thank you Belfor!

No one ever plans on having their basement flooded, but let me share our experience with Belfore with you.
Bill was out when promised, after waiting 3 days for the insurance company. He called in a crew to take out all the wet contents immediately and store them securely in a pod out front of the house. This crew was lead by Kristie. She was the most caring professional person we would have expected during this most stressful time. Her crew consisted of Aaron, Thomas, Chelsea, Jason, Ethan, Menaka and Makenzey. Zach and Jen (carpenters) also spent a day working in the basement. I cannot say enough good things of this crew! They were hard working, dedicated and polite. I seriously did not see them take a break until the work was done. I have never met a group of such hardworking young people who definitely love their job, and it showed. Thank you for everything you did to get us through a very difficult time. We appreciate all of you!

George Lopez is a very knowledgeable, experienced and meticulous finisher (painter). We are Beyond pleased with the quality work and his level of professionalism. He’s Expert in his trade …. I wish we’d had him the first time around!!!!

I recently had to deal with Belfor due to a claim. I called on a weekend. I received a callback very quickly and Charles came to my house that evening. He was helpful, knowledgeable and sympathetic. The next morning he had a team at my house (quicker than I anticipated) to clean out my basement. The team was FANTASTIC! They were very thorough and efficient in their work. Over the next couple of weeks when I had to contact Charles, he responded quickly and I never felt like a bother.
If I ever have a claim, I would gladly use them again!

I contacted Belfor because I wanted some repairs and renovations on my home and because of their excellent reputation. Frank Rubino was outstanding with respect to the way he responded so quickly and addressed everything in an extremely accurate way. He understood our specific needs as individuals in addition to the work that needed to be completed. The ease of dealing with Frank and this company from the start was fantastic. They were efficient and completed the work in exactly the amount of time that they had predicted even though we threw some extra work at them.
The cleanliness was second to none and I would recommend Belfor anytime for anything that anyone may require. The staff was pleasant and hard-working and never got in our way and we never had to remind or follow up on anything.

Mike spent the most time at our home and on top of doing excellent work he was a fine human being with a great character. Mike was dependable, quiet, trustworthy and meticulous. He went above and beyond to please us and it was a pleasure having him here for the three week time period.

Rob worked along side of Mike for the first week and a half and he did a great job and was also very friendly.

Chrissy and Jason constructed containments in our home where the work was being performed and these containments made sure that no debris from the work are got into the rest of the home.

Chrissy and Manaka came later and did all the post-construction clean-up and were fantastic.

George helped Mike do some painting and was very competent and kind. Even Aaron, Jason, Ethan and Eric were all excellent.

Belfor has my highest recommendation and I am extremely please with the outcome of the services that they provided for me.

We had Belfor out to repair our basement. Every single employee we worked with was professional, on time and efficient. Amelia, Madeline and Menaka treated our belongings with excellent care. Paul’s attention to detail with drywall, paint and trim was exceptional. Ruth’s organization and communication throughout the whole project was appreciated. We are so pleased with the finished basement!
