Belfor did a great job. Neil Burke is awesome in the way he dealt with us on this restoration. Right from the beginning he identified the problem when others were not able to find the issue. His colleagues (Leo and Adriano) also did a great job of making the basement look like new again! There was a Windsor crew, that came to London to help us with a basement flood. Their service was 10 out of 10, very efficient and courteous. I called Belfor to take care of some basement flooding after a recent downpour in London. Neil Burke came out to assess the situation - he provided a very fair estimate and recommendations on how to proceed. The crew that was assigned to our project - Chris, Paytin, and Robbie - did an excellent job. They called ahead, arrived when they promised, removed wet insulation, set up a dehumidifier and fan, and then returned to wrap everything up a few days later. The final result was excellent - exactly what we needed. I worked in an adjacent profession for nearly 30 years, and always defaulted to Belfor when I had the opportunity. This team definitely reinforced my opinion of Belfor as my go-to for property restoration. Thanks for doing such a good job.

Chris and Robbie have done an excellent job cleaning my gross mouldy basement. Chris was incredibly professional. Very thorough. Explained everything. I have tremendous relief! The mould is gone! I would recommend their service for anyone in this situation!!

We recently had Belfor out to do some drywall work in our home and had a great experience. Rick was very communicative and kept us well informed throughout the whole process. The job was completed very quickly from start to finish. Paul and Mario showed up when they said they would each day and always made sure to let us know of their plans for the next day before leaving. They were very respectful of our home making sure to re-plastic off the area well each day and cleaned up well before they left for the day. They were working in a central area of our home so this attention to detail was much appreciated. The work was completed very quickly and looks great!

We had a tree fall on our house during a storm 6weeks ago. The response from Belfor particularly Frank the project manager was exceptional. Franks crew came in cleaned up and packed away our non damaged belongings for storage. The speed at which the repairs were done was very fast and done by professionals. We were told it could take up to 5 months to get a contractor to repair our roof. Frank had it done in 5 weeks including engineering and building permits. . We are very picky when it comes to our home and Frank got things done very fast and efficiently. We recommend Belfor and Frank for any major disaster Thank you to Frank and his Crew

Chris and Robbie were professional, explaining what they were doing , working together . They put a protector on the carpet on the stairs and hallway . Cleaned all up rapidly . Communicated with the assessor . So far great service by Belfor .

The BELFOR team responded quickly to the direction of our insurance company and Eric, our primary phone contact and coordinator, was attentive and helpful. The onsite crew led by Chris (Paytin, Zack and Brody) were friendly and handled our belongings carefully during the tear-out. Chris explained each step of the process and the team worked diligently to ensure that the removal process was done as quickly and cleanly as possible. Well done and thank you!

We are very happy with the work done by Belfor. From start to finish, they were kind, courteous and professional. We have our basement back and we couldn't be happier. Special thank you to Madeline and Chris for all the hard work you did moving furniture and returning the basement to how it was before. There was a storm, quick but fierce on Sunday, May 19th, Victoria weekend, where a big branch from my tree fell on the roof into the garage missing the inside by inches. By the Tuesday Neil and his gang from Belfor took over. Boom, boom, boom, someone was here all the time. I can’t say it enough how Neil and Denise, and Byron ( I think that was the carpenter’s name who fixed the fence)were so kind and personable to me. I’ve never experienced such compassionate and patient people, any problems or concerns were addressed immediately. I don’t want to experience another disaster again but dealing with Neil was like dealing with a family member. Can’t praise him and his crew enough for making me feel so comfortable with the whole ordeal. Dealing with a disaster by yourself is hard but with Neil at the helm he made it a pleasure to talk to. Thank you Neil and Belfor along with the roofers from DS60(excellent, excellent job).

From meeting Eric to meeting Paul T. and every worker in between, working with Belfor Restoration was a positive experience. They took care of it all. Each team specializes in one area of the restoration. Furniture was wrapped in plastic and stored in a storage box. Glasses were wrapped in bubble wrap. Everything came back in perfect condition. We were extremely pleased with the matching of the paint for the walls and the stain for the trim and bar. Paul T. is an extremely talented carpenter. He took care to replace the bar to it's former condition. He is meticulous about his work. We would recommend this company for restoration work.

We had a condensate leak that damaged all the flooring in our basement and risked mould. Belfor had a project manager sent out within 3 hours and a team out to remove, clean, disinfect and set up equipment within 3 hours of that. They had all the “emergency work” completed within 1 hour of arrival.

Had Chris and Robbie from Windsor come up for a flood clean and removal . Very good guys . Well spoken and very empathetic to my situation. A fallow up visit Thay came back for more work and remember the conversation we spoke about previously. Really great guys a long with Sara and Jacob from Owen Sound. Delt with a good bunch people. All were very kind and showed a lot of understanding of what Thay were doing along with dealing with people . If you get any of these 4 people working at your house or job site I am sure you will see what I am talking about.

Sorry, a little late getting around to this review, but most certainly recommend BELFOR. We had a dishwasher flood; wasn't pretty. Fortunately for us, these great people (along with their trusted sub-contractors) did a wonderful job putting everything back in order. Now our basement looks fantastic. Very pleased. Two thumbs up!

After discovering water damage in my basement, my insurance company recommended Belfor Windsor Restoration—and I’m so glad they did. Chris, Robbie, and Noelle were fantastic. We are very pleased with the emergency clean up from a fridge waterline leak that we recently experienced. Our first contact was with Project Manager Neil. He came out to inspect the damage, was very knowledgeable and professional, a great first impression for your company. Followed by the emergency clean up team ( all on weekends hours as well) which was Chris and Jesse. From start to finish, setting up the affected areas to minimize the dust and debris from travelling through our home, clearing the damaged area and to final cleanup, they did a fantastic job.
