Constraction reviews in Windsor, Ontario

The team was very efficient and well organized. From the time we made the first call and Al came out to access the damage in our basement from the sewer flood to arranging for the clean up team of Chris, Robbie,Zack and Karell. Great job 👏 👏👏👏
Thank you

I called Balfour upon a recommendation and I’m very glad I did . Al came out to assess the damage and within an hour, Robbie , Chris, Zack And Karell were at my home, and Had my basement dry in no time. They were professional and courteous.
I would definitely recommend this company!!

Byron and some help by Mario did a great job restoring our backroom after Matt's crew from Bricetin Concrete dug out and put in a block foundation under the backroom as it was previously built on old deck 4x4 posts.

When we discovered water in the walls of our basement we reached out to Belfor for help - and we are glad we did. Al, the Project Manager was on site to inspect the damage the next day. He was very thorough in his assessment and quickly found the source of the water damage. A restoration crew was dispatched the following day. Zack and Chris were prompt, professional and took great care to ensure the damages were cleared safely. They did a great job cleaning and disinfecting the surfaces quickly and efficiently. Zack and Chris did an outstanding job explaining the work and next steps. They answered all our questions and did an excellent job cleaning up. They were a great team to assist in restoring our basement. Thanks for a job well done.

Belfor, Belfor, Belfor—it’s been quite the adventure, one I hope never to experience again! That said, we truly couldn’t have gotten through it without you.
After a flood damaged our home, the repair process took several months and came with its share of ups and downs. But what stands out most is the love, hard work, and professionalism shown by the team who worked in our home.
From Byron, who made sure every project was completed to our exact desires, to Paul, who spent long days covered head to toe in drywall dust—always with the biggest smile on his face, to George, whose attention to detail and passion for his craft were evident in everything he did—these three men went above and beyond in every way. They treated the repair of our home as if it were their own.
Was the process without setbacks? No, and with a project of this size, that’s to be expected—many moving parts, and at times, too many cooks in the kitchen. But the end result is unbelievably beautiful, and we are so grateful to be back home.
I wholeheartedly give Belfor a 5 out of 5. Thank you for helping us through such a challenging time and for delivering a finished product that exceeded our expectations.

From our experience, Masotti construction has always be a reputable company to work with!

I was long overdue for a chimney inspection, so I called MAS Chimney Cleaning & Chimney Repairs Serv ltd, NJ. Marcelo came by and discovered several issues. I wouldn’t have noticed on my own, significant creosote deposits, a rusted damper, and loose bricks that needed immediate chimney repair. He explained everything in plain language, with no pressure, and gave me a quote right on the spot. The next day, the team arrived early and worked efficiently. They removed the creosote, repaired the bricks, replaced the damper, and sealed the chimney crown. It was a complete transformation. The fireplace is working like new, and I feel much safer now that the repairs are complete. What really stood out was the professionalism and transparency throughout the job. I appreciated that they took time to educate me about chimney maintenance. I highly recommend MAS Chimney Cleaning Service and will be calling Winston every year for future inspections.

I wanted pros who respect airflow science and brick history. MAS Chimney Cleaning & Chimney Repairs Serv ltd. delivered both. Chimney Inspection Services identified crown cracks from freeze cycles and cap imbalance. Chimney Cleaning removed years of heavy soot without blowing dust everywhere. Chimney Repair on the crown was reinforced cleanly and sealed for storms. I like that the team communicates risks in plain, real terms without sounding generic. Fireplace burn tested consistent that evening. A tidy job, structural fixes delivered. This Company feels like real specialists who enjoy the craft.

We had a great experience with Sam he is Trustworthy and a positive worker who was here every day and did a great job completely replacing our bathroom. He helped my husband and I through picking out what we needed, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. I highly recommend him if you’re looking for any work around the house or outside work.

High quality work and very professional. I highly recommend.

Sam came by August and gave me a quote on our fence. (Just finally got around to making this review!)

It was just me and i was waiting on my husband to get home from work.I was a bit nervous as I’m not educated much in regards to fences & pricing.

Sam treated me with respect, professionalism and educated me on what different fences/prices would be. He was very honest & that was appreciated.

Once they came by to do the fence, I couldn’t believe the gentleman did it within a day. The fence is Sturdy and looks amazing.

I definitely recommend beaver tail construction, I will be contacting them when I need my other fences done as well.

We couldn’t be more happy with our new backyard! We started with a blank canvas of uneven, weedy, grass. Sam helped us think through all the design details for a new pergola, deck stairs, paver patio, metal fence, wooden fence section, a sump drain, regrading, mulch and sod landscaping. Sam’s attention to detail really brought the plan to life. We’re excited to have a new outdoor space to enjoy the summer in!

Sam removed our old fence and installed our new vinyl fence today and it looks fabulous! He was prompt and has very reasonable competitive pricing. I highly recommend his services if you are in need of a fence.

We called Sam to have our yard graded and some fence posts installed. His work was amazing. He gave us a quote on doing the fence and deck. Really good pricing so we said yes. He worked fast, super good quality. He worked with us to make a few changes as we went along. We will be calling him again for our next project. I would HIGHLY recommend Beavertail and Sam for your fencing/decking needs. Now on to growing grass!
