Great customer service from Max right off the bat, during the walkthrough quotation, the actual service itself and post cleaning. He touched up everything I asked for without complaints or pushback and even did some extras he thought would add value. Did I mention how great my house looks!?
My only regret is that I didn’t do this every year come the spring season. That changes today!

So happy with the services of Wash-Pro Services Inc. They came out and cleaned my entire house, walkways, pool cement, pool house and more. Everything looks amazing. They were very professional, explained exactly what they were going to do; we walked around the property before and then after the job was done. Very happy with the outcome and would definitely hire them again. While at my house the neighbour came done, saw the job they were doing and hired them to come to their house next month! Give them a call, you will not be disappointed.

Max and his crew did a fantastic job on the cement around my pool and wooden back porch and steps! I couldn’t be happier. My porch is 19 yrs old and was filthy. Now it looks like it was just built!
Max responds promptly to messages and is friendly and courteous. This is the second time I have had him here and it will not be the last!

Max and his team were so easy to deal with from start to finish. He came to provide a quote. He was clear, explained everything and even offered additional services he could see I needed. His quote felt very reasonable. He was in communication with me leading up to the appointment. They showed up on time, did a great job and checked in before they left. I am so impressed with this business! Max came by to give a quote, on that visit he told me the cost and set up a time and date for the service, and I received a text to confirm it all.
The day before the service, I received a text to remind me of the visit with the date, time, etc.
Max and Rob showed up on time. They were very detailed in their work and careful of plants and the pool. They did the patio, the deck, the fence and stamped concrete around the pool. Max also kindly offered, gratis, to clean a small concrete porch that had not been included in the quote.
I was gobsmacked by the results! We had had another company a couple of years before but they barely made a difference. My husband had not been home during the cleaning and when he got home later that afternoon he said, "WOW! That is amazing!!"
We are both so pleased.
Not only did they do a great job, quickly and neatly but the clear and easy communication, the ease of payment and the overall professionalism of Max's operation are rarely seen in services such as this. As well, Max and Rob are just nice guys :-)

Candice and her team did an amazing job cleaning an estate sale house. Timely booking, great communication, and very adaptive to our needs.

I was almost hit head on by one of the Molly Maid Vehicles while I was traveling on my way to work. I had never been so scared in my life. I called to notify the business of the drivers negligence and received a heart felt apology. Hopefully there was proper training put in place for these drivers as a "heart felt apology " wouldn't have been enough for my family if i wouldn't have returned home that day.

Candace and team are a pleasure to deal with and they have done a fantastic job keeping my home clean for over 3 years. I am moving out of the province and am very disappointed that I can't take the team with me!

Good day, I called molly maid Windsor and the new owner Candice immediately answered the phone, boy was I impressed! I requested a standard clean at what I though was an extremely reasonable price. Candice was professional, friendly, and I could tell she really cared. On cleaning day I went to work and came home very pleased by the shine and cleanliness of my house. Definitely do recommend!!

When it came time for Cleaning day 2 amazing women came in and were able to deep clean, and leave my apartment feeling fresh, and it helped improve my overall mood. I just went to Molly Maid to get help with 1 deep clean but I was so impressed and felt so good to have great people in that im going to get this service regularly.
