Elaine was so very helpful in getting a professional, covid ready, cleaning team ready to clean an apartment after a move out. This was doubly important as the tenant moving in may be imunocomromised. The service was fast, professional and they did a great job. Thank you Molly Maids!! Jackie

Workers are friendly and professional. I have used the service due to health issues and find them efficient and accommodating. The ladies I see can do a good job, while still being friendly with me at the same time.

Horrible customer service. I was told one price on the phone and charged a completely different price when the job was complete. They did a decent job on my upstairs level then spent maybe 15 minutes on the lower level. They didn't dust or clean the bathroom down there and they scratch my floors using a big vacuum on high gloss wood. I've tried calling the owner several times, left a couple messages and no one has returned my call. I called head office and they told me they don't know and to contact the owner. No help from anyone. I would not recommend this company.

Hired molly maids with the hopes that they would be able to deep clean my home (tubs, showers, toilets, dusting, baseboards etc) and was really disappointed with how little it seems they did . Our house is generally pretty clean but I was really looking forward to having that fresh deep clean feel- that’s what I paid $300+ for. They were 30 minutes late and they were here for just under 3 hours. They did ask me to look around once they were halfway done with the job and at the half way point and a quick look around- it looked okay. After they left, I was able to get a better look at their job and I was really disappointed. There were coffee stains on our bar counter, dust in corners, the shower and tub still had dust from recent construction and I am still finding dust around 2 days later. I reached out to their boss and was graciously given $30 off of the entire service and she offered to have the girls come back to clean- but if they were late and did a mediocre (at best) job the first time why would I want them to come back?

Just save yourself the money and roll up your sleeves and do it yourself because I feel like I paid 300 bucks to have two people vacuum and mop my floors and then leave lol.

We used molly maid's for the first time this week. The owner was really nice, and clearly has good system in place for safty during this time. The women who came did a great job. Very good experience, we will be using them regularly.

I have been using them for a few months now for bi-weekly cleaning. Also polite and professional and of course they do a great job with their services. Customer service is also top notch here. Would highly recommend to anyone looking at cleaning services for their home.

I made arrangements online for a cleaning and was given a quick phone call to confirm that the date I wanted could be met. We discussed in detail what I wanted cleanEd and that I would not be home for the cleaners.
When I returned home everything was to my satisfaction and all the little pesky jobs that I requested where all completed.
I was very satisfied with the entire transaction from beginning to end!

With a busy family of 5 with after school programs,sports and work Molley Maid has been a god send. The maids Winnie and Shawna are great and feel as if they are part of the family it is so nice after my wife and i have worked all day to come home to a clean comfortable house, such a weight off our shoulders. no judgement just good clean service Thanks Molly Maid!!

I just had Shawna & Julie clean my parents home and I am shocked. These ladies went above n beyond. They were early, cleaned right till the last minute. I only asked for them to do the kitchen n bathroom and they had extra time so they did vacuuming, railings, floors and so many extras. I cannot thank them enough. OVER EXCEPTIONAL job ladies.

I had some construction cleaning I needed for my company and they came in and were able to help me out! They did a fantastic job and the homeowner was VERY happy!

She clearly has everything in place for an efficient and safe cleaning.
The two wonderful women who came were delightful and the hardest working women I had ever met. Very, very thorough! I saw them clean areas I had not thought of in a long time!!
I look forward to being able to set up a regular schedule in order to take a bit of a load off my shoulders.

My experience with Molly Maid services is nothing but great. I personally do not use them, but have been staying with mother-in-law in for the past few months; she has used their services for a few months now. These ladies are wonderful. Not only are the very efficient, thorough and professional, they are kind, respectful and understanding. My mother-in-law considers these Ladies not her cleaners, but her 'friends who help her out'. the team we have from Molly Maid is excellent. Julie and Shawna do such a great job, with attention to detail. We love walking in the house after they’ve finished. The floors are so shiny and everything is squeekie clean. They seem to know exactly what to do.
