Ashley and Faith did a wonderful job with my spring clean. They paid attention to detail and were very careful to take good care of my possessions while they were cleaning. They are both very friendly and have wonderful communication skills. I’m very pleased with their work and look forward to their bi-weekly visits!

Ashley and Faith cleaned my home for four hours, and the results were absolutely incredible. Every room sparkled, and their attention to detail was unmatched. They went above and beyond — my house looked and felt so fresh and spotless, I couldn’t be happier.

Today, Ashley and Faith came to clean my new apartment that I will be moving into this weekend. Both of them were very nice and enthusiastic. I gave them specific on what was my priorities, we did a walk around of my priorities and once they were done, we did a final walk around and had a nice conversation. I am very satisfied with this first service from the last minute booking with Robyn, confirmation with Candice and the service of Ashley and Faith.

Molly Maid is my go to in the real estate business! Whether a new build or a used home, I have used them for 30 plus years and I have never been disappointed!

I am so thankful for Blessie and Katia! They came, they cleaned, and they left! No drama, no problems and my house looks and smells amazing. Before they left, we had a chat about it all and they gave me honest answers and asked if there was anything that they missed; of course there wasn't, but it was nice to have the opportunity to speak my mind if it was needed. I am looking forward to seeing them on the regular.

My husband got me a cleaning service for our apartment as a birthday gift. Doris and Sheri did an amazing job. I asked them to focus on the cat hair (it got a little out of hand with a white fluffy cat loafing around) and when we came back our couches and floors were spotless. I will definitely be using this company again for cleaning services . Thank you gals so much we really appreciate it.

Maddy & Faith didn't great job! We had an end of season deep clean done and we're really pleased with the work. I also appreciated the good communication leading up to the cleaning and the check in afterwards. They were also able to do the work in less time than originally quoted and adjusted the price accordingly. Would recommend this very professional service!

Can’t say enough about these people. I first had Molly Maid come clean after my husband had open heart surgery and after returning from hospital I asked to have then do a deep clean as I wasn't keeping up.The team were wonderful and I was extremely pleased, have been having them come every few weeks since and it truly helps me keep up.

I love my Molly Maid ladies. They do an excellent job and if I need help they have no problem with helping me. My ladies are full of energy and laughter. I look forward to them coming every 2 weeks. They take construction criticism with no problem. And when they leave the state of my Apt is gorgeous 🤩 I recommend Molly Maid to any one who needs help with cleaning their home. Avoid! They informed me verbally and in writing it would be $50/hr, and confirmed that the deep clean would take anywhere between 2-5 hours depending on the actual house. We just moved in and didn't have any furniture so they said it'd probably be a quicker clean. On the day of the clean, they were late (discussed earlier), dropped off one cleaner then a second an hour or so after. She told them not to take longer than 3 hours. At no point was I asked how many cleaners I wanted or that the charge would be different. They cleaned the house but had to be constantly reminded to clean this or that. Areas were cleaned relatively well or not at all. When asked to wipe certain areas, they said they only had a certain amount of wipes provided by the company. They also took a lunch break during the cleaning period. After they left, we had to go through and clean the floors again because they didn't change the water at all, and all the areas they missed.

After they left, they asked me how long they were there and how they were, I said 3 hours and mentioned as above - some areas were cleaned relatively well or not at all, and we had to keep reminding them. She said she'd see what she could do about the invoice.

When I was emailed with the invoice, they charged me for 6 HOURS, claiming that I agreed to 2 girls! Despite the fact this was never mentioned prior to booking ie how many cleaners and that the charge per hour is different. All I was told by the head of the company was that it would be $50/hr. The 2nd girl was also not there for the full 3 hours so the 6 hr charge makes no sense.

When we contacted them about the discrepancy, they refused to honor their word and make things right. Absolutely unprofessional. We do not recommend due to the subpar quality of the clean, lack of transparency around the charge, and refusal to work with the customer despite claiming to "make things right" on their website.

Wanted to get my house and got quoted. It was supposed to be around 300$ for the 6hrs they worked but they came back to me and said it’s 400$. They didn’t even clean properly! Avoid at all costs, they are no queens of cleaning I’ll tell you that. Absolutely pathetic, avoid at all costs
