Don't hire this company. They chipped the paint off my eve troughs and when I called to tell them, they said they would come by and take a look later that day. That was 5 days ago and I'm still waiting. But hey, they had time to cash my cheque. I wouldn't give them even 1 star but had to click something to post this message.

Candice and her team did an amazing job cleaning an estate sale house. Timely booking, great communication, and very adaptive to our needs.

I was almost hit head on by one of the Molly Maid Vehicles while I was traveling on my way to work. I had never been so scared in my life. I called to notify the business of the drivers negligence and received a heart felt apology. Hopefully there was proper training put in place for these drivers as a "heart felt apology " wouldn't have been enough for my family if i wouldn't have returned home that day.

Candace and team are a pleasure to deal with and they have done a fantastic job keeping my home clean for over 3 years. I am moving out of the province and am very disappointed that I can't take the team with me!

Good day, I called molly maid Windsor and the new owner Candice immediately answered the phone, boy was I impressed! I requested a standard clean at what I though was an extremely reasonable price. Candice was professional, friendly, and I could tell she really cared. On cleaning day I went to work and came home very pleased by the shine and cleanliness of my house. Definitely do recommend!!

Molly Maid Windsor are exceptional. I needed help with a deep clean and searched around a bit - Molly Maid Windsor were the first to call me back, had almost immediate availability - and were really kind and friendly on the phone.

When it came time for Cleaning day 2 amazing women came in and were able to deep clean, and leave my apartment feeling fresh, and it helped improve my overall mood. I just went to Molly Maid to get help with 1 deep clean but I was so impressed and felt so good to have great people in that im going to get this service regularly.

If your thinking about getting a clean - just DO IT - it helps your mood, and Molly Maid are easy to work it to help get you to living life and not worrying about cleaning.

Workers are friendly and professional. I have used the service due to health issues and find them efficient and accommodating. The ladies I see can do a good job, while still being friendly with me at the same time.

Horrible customer service. I was told one price on the phone and charged a completely different price when the job was complete. They did a decent job on my upstairs level then spent maybe 15 minutes on the lower level. They didn't dust or clean the bathroom down there and they scratch my floors using a big vacuum on high gloss wood. I've tried calling the owner several times, left a couple messages and no one has returned my call. I called head office and they told me they don't know and to contact the owner. No help from anyone. I would not recommend this company.

Hired molly maids with the hopes that they would be able to deep clean my home (tubs, showers, toilets, dusting, baseboards etc) and was really disappointed with how little it seems they did . Our house is generally pretty clean but I was really looking forward to having that fresh deep clean feel- that’s what I paid $300+ for. They were 30 minutes late and they were here for just under 3 hours. They did ask me to look around once they were halfway done with the job and at the half way point and a quick look around- it looked okay. After they left, I was able to get a better look at their job and I was really disappointed. There were coffee stains on our bar counter, dust in corners, the shower and tub still had dust from recent construction and I am still finding dust around 2 days later. I reached out to their boss and was graciously given $30 off of the entire service and she offered to have the girls come back to clean- but if they were late and did a mediocre (at best) job the first time why would I want them to come back?

Just save yourself the money and roll up your sleeves and do it yourself because I feel like I paid 300 bucks to have two people vacuum and mop my floors and then leave lol.

We used molly maid's for the first time this week. The owner was really nice, and clearly has good system in place for safty during this time. The women who came did a great job. Very good experience, we will be using them regularly.

I have been using them for a few months now for bi-weekly cleaning. Also polite and professional and of course they do a great job with their services. Customer service is also top notch here. Would highly recommend to anyone looking at cleaning services for their home.

I made arrangements online for a cleaning and was given a quick phone call to confirm that the date I wanted could be met. We discussed in detail what I wanted cleanEd and that I would not be home for the cleaners.
When I returned home everything was to my satisfaction and all the little pesky jobs that I requested where all completed.
I was very satisfied with the entire transaction from beginning to end!

With a busy family of 5 with after school programs,sports and work Molley Maid has been a god send. The maids Winnie and Shawna are great and feel as if they are part of the family it is so nice after my wife and i have worked all day to come home to a clean comfortable house, such a weight off our shoulders. no judgement just good clean service Thanks Molly Maid!!
