JP is a true professional. His workers are conscientious and always keep everything clean. This is the second time we have used his business. We had a question and JP came promptly to our home to answer our question. I would recommend his service to anyone who needs their awnings cleaned.

I had my awning and siding cleaned by JP'S Awning Cleaning today, and could not be happier..
There are so many services out there, but impossible to get anyone to call you back.
This company not only responded to my call, the owner of the company came by to check out what I needed done himself.
I was sent a quote right away, and had the job done in amazing time..
I can't say enough about JP and the wonderful job he did..

Perfect Work and so Professional. From the first call to the finished product simply amazing. Appointment for quote within 3 day’s appointment for cleaning within 5 days. I think the price was beyond reasonable especially when you see the work that goes into it. Awning was 5 years old we had been diligent with spring cleaning but it was leaking and dirty. The staff that do the cleaning and came during Covid were so respectful, so efficient, and so very through and we were so pleased. Then JP came in and finished the sealing and I now have a brand new beautiful awing again. See you in three years. No one will touch my awing but JP’s Awing Cleaning Service.

I've seen the hard work and dedication behind this team, JP cares about his workers and his customers a lot! He's built this team for years from basically nothing and I have known him and a few workers personally, this is a family and a team hard at work. I highly recommend. Al and Jack were very friendly and helpful to deal with and meticulous in their work. They were thorough in cleaning and restoring every inch of our awning inside and out. The awning hadn't been cleaned for years prior to buying the home. Now it looks like new! Definitely met and exceeded my expectations.

JP Awning was excellent to deal with. They called me back the same day I left a message then they came, looked and emailed their quote within a day. Within 3 days of my signing the quote, they came to clean and waterproof my large back porch canopy (14’ x 22’). They thoroughly detergent cleaned the material and they removed, cleaned and replaced the decorative scallop. It was drizzling rain that day, so they waited until the next day when it was sunny and the material was dry to spray on the waterproofing. I’d recommend this company for any awning or canopy cleaning, they did a great job.

JP and his crew arrived at the apt. building to try and restore the look of our awning and courtyard gazebo. This was the first time they had been cleaned in 15 years and they were mouldy and full of bird do do. What a great crew...they arrived early, set up their equipment quickly and got to work. They totally dismantled the gazebo and took great pains to thoroughly clean each piece. They were meticulous and what a great job they did. These young men put the gazebo back together and then applied a protective agent to both the awning and gazebo. Absolute polite and professionals from start to finish. Outstanding service....would highly recommend. Our awing and gazebo look brand new. We will be calling them again and again. Do not hesitate to call JP's.
