We have a large retractable motorized awning and two smaller window awnings. They have never been cleaned before (about 15 years old). JP did a great job on all the awnings. We had no idea how dirty they were. They now look like new. Thank you for your service - much appreciated.

The JP crew was working at a place that I'm affiliated with. They were hired to clean and waterproof the awning. When they finished cleaning, they needed to wait to apply the protective treatment so they looked around and began fixing things. An old screen door was reattached, the porch and walls were all scrubbed, and they were pleasant throughout the time. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

JP provided exceptional service. He responded promptly and squeezed us in so we could list our house. While he fit us in, het did not cut corners. In fact, he stayed an extra hour to clean the gutter that was in contact with the awning to protect his work. The awning looks like it did when it was first installed! During his cleaning, he took extra care to not damage the roof or siding. Very personable and professional. Highly recommend, JP!

My awning covers my entire patio and is quite large…JPs awning cleaning crew was amazing…I was thoroughly impressed with how clean it was and the waterproofing. I will absolutely be using them again when it’s time for a clean/reseal. I thought the price was fair and they came out and gave me a quote the same day I enquired.

JP’s Awning did an excellent job cleaning the canopy over the front door! It was quite filthy, and with my daughter getting married tomorrow, he squeezed us in. JP and his associate were so friendly and helpful , If we weren’t here, we wouldn’t even have known he was here, except that the awning was sparkling clean and treated. I moved into this home 2 months ago and thought the livingroom carpet was just old and stained. I had it cleaned today and could not believe the dirt that was in it. It looks new and smells fresh. Joel did an excellent job.

I got scheduled in the same week I called, and was so appreciative...in fact Carolyn scheduled me in on Good Friday to accommodate Easter weekend! Her husband, Joel, called to let me know he was on his way. He showed me his truck when he arrived...inside was spotless...you can see he takes good care of his equipment! He cleaned my large sectional couch, where all the cushions come out (seats and backs), my 2 ottomans (all of the same material), and he cleaned my area carpet (I got it used and it had pet stains on it). When he was finished, I was in awe of how everything looked. Not only did it look clean, but it smelled amazing!!! Then Joel showed me the dirty water as he flushed it out of his machine on the grass...wow! I can tell you ALL the spots on the carpet are gone!!! Very happy with this service, as it's the first time I've used them. They also do powerwashing, and Joel gave me a quote for my house, the tiny house in my backyard, and the driveway/patio, so I'll be scheduling that with them also. Highly recommend this company, where both husband and wife are excellent communicators and customer service professionals!!!

This gentleman did my couch, sofa, chair, and some other furniture in my apartment a few years ago. Then I called him again the following year and he did a great job again. Never a disappointment! 🙂
