Lamantia Heating and Cooling recently replaced our furnace, AC, hot water tank and thermostat. Tim is always fair in pricing and his workmanship is the best bar none. We first met Tim about 26 yrs ago when he installed our furnace when we moved into our home. We knew he had an excellent reputation and always did quality work—nothing has changed. We trusted him then and so it was an easy call to get Tim to care of our heating and cooling needs. With Tim his ability and experience is immeasurable in his field and we recommend him with confidence.
