Very friendly and knowledgeable and took time to explain all the details about the replacement. Above and beyond with his work and attitude. Steve from Pro Star came out very shortly after I called he diagnosed the problem with our central air unit very quickly and ordered the part we needed. He was able to fix the unit without any complications. I am very pleased with the work that was done Steve is very professional and honest. I will definitely recommend Pro Star to all my friends.

My air conditioner suddenly stopped working last week, so I called Steve and he was amazing. He was professional, knowledgeable, and arrived right on time. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything clearly and honestly, and got straight to work. Again Steve and his team came through for me again.My niece had a very old furnace that stopped working during a time where the temperatures dropped well below freezing. The house was at 35 C and the toilets were frozen.So I called Steve and he came out to look and on his advice we installed a new furnace.
He was able to do it the next day and the house was warm that afternoon. He saved us before the cold caused permanent damage.
If anyone asks if I have recommendation for any service for their HVAC I immediately give them pro star HVAC phone number.

I had our heat pump HVAC installed by Pro Star a few years ago and when my niece needed someone to service her failing ac unit, l thought of Steve right away. Steve was able to come the next day and diagnosed the problem. He had the unit up and running by the next day. We couldn’t be more impressed with the service and the professionalism. We highly recommend Pro Star for either a new system install or to service an existing one.

Full points; I am satisfied with Steve, as he thoroughly checked everything and identified the problem.
This included the circuit, switch, sensors, and the blower motor.
He then procured the necessary part, serviced the HVAC system, repaired an air leak from the furnace, and stayed for 30 minutes to ensure that the furnace was functioning correctly.

Steve was great to work with. He came and took care of changing out a gas line for me. He was cheap and quick since I was in a hurry. Highly recommend.

Needed service to changeout a gas valve, as we had no heat for 7 days. It was promised from Reliance as changeout would be a couple of days after ordering valve. This never happened. They promise you the world and nothing. Then decided to call ProStar on the Thursday evening and Steve said no problem, he came out the following day changed out the valve and did the appropriate testing all in one hour. He was very professional in all aspects. Highly recommended.
