Ben did an excellent job fixing my mom's furnace. He explained every step clearly and was kind and understanding throughout. Ashley was professional, courteous, and very helpful. She made the whole process easy and stress-free. Wonderful customer service!

Called on a Tuesday morning for a furnace issue. Fellow on the phone was polite and understanding. Stephanie their Technician showed up early, was very knowledgeable and friendly. Got a diagnosis, which quickly turned into a quote from Tim, who was also friendly and polite. Jordan and Mario installed our new furnace and A/C Thursday. Their workmanship was excellent, true professionals. They were very polite, left no mess and the install looks great. Jordan realized that the thermostat was faulty, called the shop and Isaac came out and swapped it out within the hour. I made a mistake with the payment, and Ashley was very understanding. Another professional. So far, (it's only been a day) the furnace is working great and it is very quiet. The high tech thermostat is easy to use. Overall we are very happy with the entire process. We HIGHLY recommend Harris.

15 year old furnace died on one of the coldest winter days in years.
They came the same day and assessed the old furnace. We decided on a new model and they installed the next day.
I cannot recall ever having a more positive service experience in all my 60+ years. Through the entire process, in dealing with several of the employees, every single person, was absolutely the gold standard of professional work, and just so pleasant to deal with. A great experience! Thanks.

Steve from East Star HVAC was fantastic! He arrived promptly, introduced himself, asked questions about my fireplace and really took the time to diagnose the problem. He was courteous and patient as he replaced the broken part, explaining how things worked to my ever-helpful husband. Steve even went so far as dusting out the fan and showing me how to adjust the flame. He explained why certain elements were important and offered suggestions for maximizing our comfort. In one trip he diagnosed and repaired our fireplace, saving us money. I will certainly keep his business card handy. I would honestly give him 5 1/2 stars out of 5!
