I am extremely pleased with the service I received from Andrew. He installed a new furnace at my home yesterday. He is very professional, respectful, knowledgeable and friendly, explains what he is doing and why, has good communication skills as to when he will be arriving etc. Price for everything was very very reasonable. He goes above and beyond the call of duty and fixes little things he notices (loose brick in wall where furnace vented), He and Kayne work well together. They totally cleaned up everything and upon departure Andrew reminded me to contact him if I had any issues, concerns or questions. Two thumbs up - 5 stars. I have already started recommending them to family and friends. Thank you!

Update: We had Andrew back at our new location in LaSalle with the same great result - he installed a new furnace, central air and water heater, -- expert service and quality, wouldn't go anywhere else.

Both my mother and brother recommended Action Air Heating and Air Conditioning Inc., where Andrew has provided services in the past. Therefore, when the air conditioner started to condense water, I called Andrew; he responded the same day, diagnosed the problem and gave me a choice explaining the pros and cons of repairing my old AC or installing a new unit. I decided to go with a new unit. The new AC unit was installed as specified and for the amount quoted. I am extremely pleased with the service received. The price was very reasonable and the service was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend Andrew. Great job!

Andrew from Action Air came to my help when my furnace died. He had come 6 months earlier to give me a quote, but the furnace seemed okay, so I didn't buy it then. When it died, he came as soon as I called and installed the furnace the next day. He honoured the earlier quote and installed the new one the next day. I can't say enough about the service he gave and would highly recommend Action Air to anyone.

When you hear inspector's say, "Oh, I know this company's work, this will be easy, it's extremely reassuring.

I was asked why I retained their services after a reno gone bad. Simply put they were the only company that passed an independent inspection. Prompt responses to calls and excellent service, I recommend them 100%+

The Guys did the furnace, central air and hot water tank in the winter. Said would return to charge the ac. Called and showed up today, highly recommend.

Came 2 times cause it was frozen up by us and resheduled for us next day , no hassle.

Top tier service! Ben was outstanding! Our AC failed and from my call to it working again was less than 2 hours… on a Sunday! I know some issues are more complex and can take longer but I’ll only use Harris Heating/Air conditioning service for my HVAC needs. Would highly recommend to a family member and friend!
