We had our hot water tank replaced today. The service technicians, Craig and Quinn were both awesome installers!!! They were on time and extremely professional, making sure to lay down protective floor covers and clean up after themselves.

Our technicians Quinn and Dante were very friendly. They also were great at explaining what they were doing. They also came before they were expected and finished the job in a very timely manner as well. Amazing job!

Dante and Quinn were punctual and friendly. Air conditioner was installed quickly. Even the first technician sent to diagnose problem spent 2 hours looking and checking over seals to ensure we had all information needed to decide to replace or fix our unit.

Dante and Quinn did an amazing job at installing are system! They were very kind and funny. We’ve hade no issue upon receiving are install. They were SUPER fast and cleaned up after themselves. We would highly recommend these guys for future services!!

It's always a worry as to who to call for heating and cooling but since they had great reviews, called Bryant to install a new furnace. Couldn't be happier with the results. Dante and Craig, the installers, were excellent - pleasant, efficient and worked very fast and everything was cleaned after. And always willing to answer our questions and listen to our concerns. Price was decent and such wonderful people to deal with - so glad we called them.

A FANTASTIC young man who definitely knows his craft! He knew what to do, immediately! Bryant and Anthony were a breath of fresh air compared to another company I unfortunately dealt with, last month. I am EXTREMELY happy and very grateful for Anthony and his expertise!

I had a fantastic experience with Bryant Heating and Cooling! I reached out about a heating issue, and they had a technician, Matt, at my home within an hour. Matt was not only knowledgeable but also took the time to clearly explain the problem. He recommended the necessary parts, sourced them quickly, and installed them efficiently. Additionally, he helped me with their annual maintenance plan and set up the appointments. I’m very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend Bryant Heating and Cooling for their prompt and professional service!

I'll start by mentioning Scott and Quinn, who installed our new furnace and AC unit: They were FANTASTIC. Very polite, respectful, and kept us informed with what they were doing and how it might effect us. They got the job done quickly and efficiently, and were mindful of my dog and toddler who were coming in and out of the house while they were working. I REALLY appreciated their awareness of my family and household dynamic.

Now for my criticism; The woman who answered the phone when we called for service, and when we called to inquire about our installation was VERY rude. I didn't appreciate her tone, and she treated myself and my wife like we were an inconvenience when we called, and that was almost enough for me to call another company. When I first called for service, she booked a date for us to have someone to inspect our system (prior to installing a new one), and we made arrangements to have someone home for this, only to be called (by another customer service rep) a day before our scheduled date and told that they didn't know why the first rep booked us for the time/day she did, because they had no availability. So, not only was she rude, but she double booked us and then they had to reschedule for another date, which meant we had to arrange our schedule once again to be sure someone would be home.
Please have your weekend receptionist/office manager go through some customer service training.

Finally, more compliments - The guys who inspected our system were great. Very polite and informative, and PETER, the salesman who helped us determine what unit we would be purchasing to replace our broken one was INCREDIBLE. Peter was polite, informative, honest, and understanding of our situation at home, and was sure to get our installation booked ASAP. I REALLY appreciated this.

Scott, Quinn, Peter, and Michael (I think?) - THANK YOU for doing such a terrific job. HIGHLY recommend Bryant just off of the performance of these employees alone.

Charged me $1000 for a 1 hour 40 minute cleaning of my HVAC. Claimed they were there for 3 hours on the Bill. All they did was spray a bottle of coil cleaner "Viper Spray", that you can get for like $60 from any hardware store. Did not clean up at all. I had to clean everything up, with 3 of my towels that got ruined frol the staining. They noticed I needed a new "High Pressure Valve", said they had one in their truck and it would only be $50 more. So, I asked them to install it, and because they felt they were too hot and tired, they cancelled the rest of their appointments and left without replacing the valve. Complete lunacy. Still owed them $50 on the Bill, but I never paid, because they didn't finish the job. Very unprofessional, expensive, and they charge you for more work than they actually do. Suspiciously, my thermostat broke within a month after their visit as well. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Service technicians Geoff and Quinn installed our Mitsubishi Split-type air conditioner today, May 20th. Professional, courteous and on time, both got down to business right away and worked with care and efficiency. When the install was done, they cleaned the areas they'd been working in and took all the empty boxes with them. Geoff and Quinn are a good working team and great ambassadors for Bryant.

My furnace fan was continuously running even an hour after the AC had shut down. I contacted Bryant to discuss the situation. Within a half hour i got a call from technician Myles. After explaining the situation to him he arrived within an hour to examine the system. He found the problem in the wiring behind the wall thermostat and quickly resolved the issue within 30 minutes.
Josh was very pleasant and knowledgeable of the potential sources of the problem.
I remain a very happy customer!

Yesterday, Geoff & Craig came out to replace our 26 year old furnace and air conditioner. They were both very polite, professional, knowledgeable and very competent. They were prompt and finished the job earlier than we expected. Exceptional service. They answered all of our questions. We are so glad we called Bryant. Shout out as well to Peter who came out to give us the estimate. He was very helpful and informative and took care of us quickly so the installation appointment could be made. Great experience with Bryant.

Got my air conditioner just fixed today. I've had the privilege of meeting Nabeel he had amazing customer service skills, kept everything nice and clean. he's a very friendly man if you I ever need to use this company, hopefully this young man, we'll be at your house helping you.thank you

Geoff and Quinn worked in our house on Monday April 21 and Tuesday installing a new furnace, air conditioner and a tankless hot water system. First of all they couldn't be nicer guys. They were polite and friendly and helpful for anything we might ask and took time to explain our new products and get us set on line with our cell phones and new smart thermostat. Absolute considerate gentlemen.

Second, they went about their work efficiently and effectively. There was a lot to do. They had to remove the old appliances before they could install the new products. I was surprised they could do all that in two days, but they did.

We were able to go about our daily routines while they did their work.

This was a very positive experience for us. Couldn't have asked for more.

I bought a new Lennox 13 seer central air conditioner and Travis and dwane installed it 3 days later and took the old air conditioner, they did a great job answered all my questions, cleaned up after themselves they definitely went above and beyond my expectations

Bryant installed a new water tank in my home. The technicians, Scott, Dawson and James were very professional and courteous. They did a wonderful job. A few years ago Bryant also installed a new furnace and air condition in our home. We're very happy with that too. We highly recommend Bryant for all your heating and cooling needs.

24 hours ago, our hot water heater finally packed it in after 16 years. Bryant has been providing us with our furnace & A/C maintenance for several years, and when I called for help with this, a service rep was at our house within an hour. We ordered a new hot water heater and 24 hours later, it was installed. The service men, Dakota and Matt were top notch, and I was amazed at how little time it took them to remove the old tank, and install the new one. Great job Dakota and Matt.
