My furnace's pilot light was out and needed to be repaired quickly! I was recommended DWD Hvac and More to do the job! I am so glad I did! I explained to them it was a very old furnaces Dave and his #1 guy Stu came over as quickly as possible. They quickly figured out the problem and because of the age of the furnace went to 2 different places for the necessary parts. With precision teamwork and a quick turn around, the furnace was blasting heat once again. With their professionalism, detailed process and very polite service, not only will I use them again, I will recommend them to all my friends! Thanks again for a great job by the two of you!!!!

Dave and his team installed a gasline and pool heater for my family. His service was amazing. He got back to me right away, returning phone calls and set up a quote very quickly. The project was completed very quickly and we are extremely pleased with the result. Most of the other contractors i reached out to didn't even return my calls, or didn't show up when they said they would. Other contractors could learn a lot from Dave and how he conducts his business. Thank you, again.

Matthew came out and was excellent with solving our furnace problem!!!
First service was not so good but once we put a call in they sent a new tech promptly! It was Matthew and he was awesome!

Anthony called ahead and was here promptly within the appointed time frame. He did a great job unclogging the drain pipe from the A/C and adding a treatment. I appreciated his courtesy and professionalism.

Great experience for the spring checkup on the twin outdoor unit today by technician Nabeel. He was so courteous and polite with great knowledge of his trade. He took no shortcuts and did the full checkup meticulously while explaining to me in detail all the steps that are taken. He noticed the blower motor leaking a bit of lubricant and quite a bit of wear in the bushing. He said he would call back the next day to give a quote if we should decide to replace it. Keeping to his word he called the next day and now we will be replacing the worn motor. I don't usually do many reviews but I wanted to point out what a valuable employee Nabeel is.

My furnace died about 2 weeks ago. I bought a new one from Bryant because I've been a customer for 3 decades. Geoff and Quinn showed up on time and replaced the old furnace quickly and quietly. They left no trace. They are a couple of really nice and professional guys. They're my nomination for the furnace ninja award!

Mathew was the first technician to come and check out our furnace when it was making noise. Mike came out to give us an estimate for a new furnace and a/c unit and Geoff and Quinn were the ones who installed the new units and removed the old. Each person was professional, and polite. They were all punctual and respectful. When Geoff and Quinn left you wouldn’t have known they were here everything was cleaned up so well. My husband and I highly recommend Bryant Heating and Cooling.

We were super impressed with the service and attention to our water heater emergency. Our tank started leaking badly on a Friday night. I called the office and spoke to Michelle. She arranged for Peter to come out to our house to provide an estimate early Saturday morning, since we had commitments for the day. Peter provided a detailed quote quickly and efficiently. They sourced a tank Monday first thing and by 8:30am Michelle called, then emailed me to say that our Technicians Craig and Quinn would arrive shortly. By 9:30ish they were here, removed the old tank, install our brand new one and improved the old venting within 2 hours! Craig and Quinn were very professional, clean, courteous and did great work! I highly recommend Bryant Heating & Air Conditioning Service. It was excellent service from the sales rep (Tim B.) and installers for my hot water tank. From the time I called, they were here within two hours, prompt and ready to go. I am grateful they were able to put in a new tank the following day. I plan on using their services in the near future for a new furnace and air conditioner. A big thank you to Geoff, Matt B., and Aaron! Want to add to this past review as I just had a furnace and AC installed by Quinn and Dante and these guys worked nonstop and did an excellent job both were pleasant knowledgeable and efficient. Peter provide great service in planning what we needed and making multiple visits while worked through the options and prices. Geoff & Craig provided the install, answered all questions, were attentive, kept the place clean, showed me how everything worked and didn't push hard for service contract etc., which I understand but dislike. Thanks Bryant, we now have a state of the art HVAC system.

On April10,2025 Technician Myles serviced our air conditioner and was extremely pleasant and polite. I mentioned about excessive amounts of dust even though we had a Hepa system. Myles checked all filters on the furnace and Hepa unit, went in to our crawl space to make sure the duct work was sealed. The Hepa unit was not purchased from Bryant but we did not know who to contact for service. We made arrangements for Myles to return the next afternoon to service the Hepa. In Myles search for the replacement filter he discovered who was responsible for the service of our unit and he was informed it was under warranty with them. Myles called us back and confirmed it was okay to give them our info and within 2 hrs their service rep was at our home.
We have always had great service with Bryant Heating in our 50 years of service, but this young man (Myles) went above and beyond what was required for him to service and check.
A Big Thank You Myles and look forward to seeing you in the fall.

What a great experience!
The Bryant team were so there for me on one of the hottest days of this summer. Of course my 19 year old AC unit was on her way out.
The dispatchers were so kind and sent a service tech out ASAP. Thanks to Dante for getting ‘ole Nellie’ up and running with some cool air to get me thru the weekend until my new AC was installed!
Many thanks to Mike for his prompt assistance to help me choose the right unit for my needs. I luv it and of course whisper quiet !
Last but certainly not least, thanks to the team of Scott and Wheaton for the great install on again another hot day. You guys rock!!!!

Jason #295 came to do our Spring check up. He was friendly and polite. He explained everything he was going to do for the check up. We recently purchased this home and had lots of questions. He answered all our questions and offered good suggestions. Jason is a competent worker and his skill set is an asset to his company.

On October 22 Jason came to do our annual furnace check. He showed me some potential problems on our 22 year old furnace. Peter came later that day and discussed all the new furnace options. Today October 25 Geoff and Craig installed our new furnace. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. Everything was explained before and after. Excellent workers. Bryant has kept our furnace and AC going for many years. Keep up the good work.

Our technician today, Dakota, was extremely professional and courteous and knowledgable. He was thorough in his inspection. He spent time with us going over the remote control usage.
Hats off to this technician.
Additionally We have always had outstanding and efficient quick service with Bryant.
We absolutely recommend this company for heating and cooling. Dakota is a perfect example of why we praise Bryant.

Quinn and Dante just installed new ac and furnace in my home. They were absolutely wonderful. Very knowledgeable, very informative, polite, respectful and hard working. Even helped me set up the app on my phone. Thank you again guys for your wonderful job.

Myles called to announce his arrival in 15 minutes. He was at our home at exactly the time he said he would be. He checked the filter in our furnace, showed how dirty it was and replaced it. He went outside to inspect the air conditioner. Our outside tap had not yet been hooked up. The shut off is in the crawl space. Myles offered to do that for us so he could use the hose to clean the air conditioner. After all was done, he sat down and discussed everything in detail. To summarize….Myles did an outstanding job. We hope he will be the technician dispatched to our house in the future. Many thanks to Myles!

You all never cease to amaze me. Your service, professionalism & Team members are always super helpful & always provide great service. Aside from having my inspections done for furnace and air conditioner every year, the recommendations made to ensure the furnace and air conditioning units keep running is always helpful.
Today, Miles came out to do some preventative service on the furnace motor and most likely saved us a couple thousand dollars to replace it if we hadn't got it done. We are Super Thankful & Appreciative.
On a side note showing us the before & after pictures to ensure we knew this wasn't just work to pad the bill or add unnecessary service (like some auto mechanics do) gave us the ability to confirm this was something we needed to do & were not being scammed!
