Our furnace abruptly reached the end of its 25 year life cycle without any warning. We contacted Bryant and explained that our house is without heat and the temperature is dropping. Mike arrived within two hours and gave us his professional recommendation on the best equipment for our residence and provided us with a quote. Geoff and Quinn were at our house the very next morning at 8 am and worked non-stop until 3 pm. By the time they left our house, we had a brand new Lennox Elite furnace and Lennox Air Conditioner. We were surprised how quickly that furnace heated up our house and how whisper quiet it ran. Geoff and Quinn did an amazing job. Very professional and courteous gentlemen. They cleaned up so well after they had completed the installation, that you couldn't tell that anyone was working in that part of the house. All the equipment was perfectly leveled. That's something that I cannot say for many AC units in our neighborhood.
In other words, work was performed as promised and on time. Great company to deal with. Very professional. We would like to thank one of their technicians, Jason, for recommending Bryant and also we would like to thank Michelle for being so accommodating. Great job guys. Thank you so much.

Quinn and Dante were exceptional from start to finish. They were polite, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about the installation process. They made what could have been a stressful experience completely seamless. Our new furnace and air conditioner were installed efficiently and with great attention to detail. They took the time to answer all our questions and made sure we understood how everything worked before they left. Best of all, they left the workspace spotless—no mess, no hassle. We couldn’t be happier with the service and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC installation or maintenance.

$11,383 system → $34,000 paid → Still don’t own it.

In 2019, when my furnace and AC failed, I signed with Bryant Heating & Cooling / Service Experts. For my 1,100 sq. ft., single-story home, they installed a system priced at $11,383 — already overpriced to begin with compared to the market.

The contract locked me into $159/month + HST ($179.67 to start) for 15 years, with a 2% yearly CPI increase. Six years in, my payment is already $189.79/month. By the end of the term, I’m on track to pay $34,000 total.

The shocking part? After paying more than triple the system’s value, I still don’t even own it. The unit remains their property.

When I asked about buying it out today, they quoted me $9,447.89 + HST — nearly the cost of a new system again, even after years of payments.

They’ll probably reply talking about the “service visits” included. Here’s the truth: they come maybe once a year, often closer to 18 months, to “service” equipment that they own, not me. One of their techs even told me to clean my own AC coils in between visits if I wanted better efficiency. So much for “full service.”

I originally chose them because of their glowing Google reviews, but after this experience, I don’t know how they maintain a 5-star rating while locking homeowners into contracts like this.

I plan on buying out my contract just to be done with it — and I’ll never give them another penny. If they make this right, I’d be willing to revisit my review. But as it stands, this Advantage Program is nothing more than a financial trap.

Have been dealing with Bryant Heating for over 30 years and this I would suggest has been my best experience. Nabeel the technician didn’t just service my furnace. He invited me to watch if I wanted to and while going through the various tests and processes he not only explained what he was doing. He pointed out why each particular testing was required to confirm my furnace was efficient showing me results of his various meters. No one has ever explained how my furnace operates and proving my furnace was highly efficient. Nebeel worked very quickly and efficiently and completed his work in well defined timing.
A very enlightening experience.

Dante and Quinn just installed our new furnace and AC, ahead of schedule, I want to add. They were friendly and professional. They did a great job. Bryant has always been exceptional in their servicing of our old unit which made me want to go with them for our new unit. Glad I did as Dante and Quinn were fantastic.

Soon as we noticed, the furnace wasn’t working a technician-Dakota was sent out immediately and found the issue and explained why it wasn’t working and then right after that met with Mike to discuss the options and he explained everything and the technicians that installed Quinn and Dante were professional and polite and did a great job installing a new unit and a new thermostat and cleaned up all the mess. Highly recommend.

I had a new gas water heater installed by Quinn and Dante. Bryant provided a fair price and made sure my older set up was brought up to code. The technicians were quick and did a great job! Great company.

I had a 15 year-old AC unit they had been help service the past few years, but it was time for a change.

Quinn & Dante were the technicians who did the installation for a new Lennox AC Unit + evaporator coil - they were on time and outstanding. Answered all my questions, and helped deal with an installation issue as my old unit was sunk into my deck. Helped me resolve it and it looks great now.

I can't remember the technician who came to help diagnose my issues, but he must have been 6' 6", so you'll know him if you see him. He was also extremely knowledgeable, helped patch up the previous unit temporarily, and answered all of my questions.

What I liked the most was they didn't try to oversell me on what I didn't need - they described the problem, and provided my different options to solve it.

Great working with Andrew again. Knows his stuff and not afraid to share his knowledge and experience with a customer like me
