Isaac performed service on our AC August 12. The response was quick and the work done was very much to our satisfaction. I would recommend their company.

Got my furnace inspection from Harris heating &cooling and I'm so happy I did, got a new furnace installed in 2018 from a competitor and I got nothing but problems Harris heating and cooling were great they walked me through what was going on and Ben and Tim were the best ,I give you my word hand to God if you want honesty and reliability give these guys a call it will be the best thing you can do ,can't find these quality's in a business these days .Thankyou Ben for explaining what I suspected Keep up the good work its not going unnoticed, I'll do my part in making sure people know when asked who I think and know are excellent and reliable i appreciate it more then you know. I have dealt with Harris Heating & Air Conditioning for a few years now. I have an older unit in my home, & each time I needed service, they were able to fix it by replacing a part rather than pushing to replace the whole unit. I just had another problem & Isaac was at my home the same day, & was able to fix the issue on the spot. I'm very pleased with the service given both by phone (Chelsea) & at my home. Will definitely call when I'm ready to replace the unit. Highly recommend this company

This was a great repair experience. It's fast, professional, and helpful. I called at 12:23 pm about my furnace not generating heat. Technician came around 12:45 pm. Identified the issue and replaced the ignitor. I have heat again at 1:20 pm. I highly recommend this company especially the technician Isaac. Thank you!!!

Great employees, ontime with quality work and cleanup. Along with a A/C unit i had Harris run a gas line outside for a bbq. I didn't think to ask about a connector size. It didn't fit my bbq. Chelsea and and Ashley arranged for Jordan to come out and change it within days. Again on for the job and and I can grill this weekend.

No matter when I call, Harris heating is ready and willing to help me. The dispatcher Chelsea is a pleasure to talk to. You can always expect clean consistent and competent service from their technicians. Harris heating and cooling has earned my business and loyalty.

I was having problems with my ac unit bringing musty air into my home and I couldn’t figure out what was wrong (changed my filter and cleaned my duct work). I called Harris heating and air conditioning and Chelsea was so great. She was able to get someone out to me immediately (that morning!). Josh came and goodness gracious! I am beyond impressed. He was courteous, extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to thoroughly check everything! I will definitely be calling Harris again AND be suggesting them to friends and family.

I reached out to Harris when my senior parent's air conditioner stopped working. Harris responded immediately by dispatching their team to my parent's residence. Ashley, Jordan and Mario were fantastic. It was less than two hours from the time I called until installion of a new unit had begun. Harris was already onsite working when other local service providers started to return my calls. My parents were extremely pleased with the price and level of service they received.

I love dealing with Chelsea in the front office, she is a ray of sunshine. The service workers are amazing as well, polite, considerate and knowledgeable.

It was later in the evening and I was having a problem with my thermostat. It wanted to default to 90 degrees. Phoned Harris and their AI assistant scheduled an appointment for 9:00 the next morning. Mike, their serviceman, arrived on time and came up with a solution at a very reasonable cost.

Jordan and Jacob, the installers, are wonderful. They left the area neat and clean.
They are very prompt, polite, and professional, and I appreciated their attention to detail.
I'd also want to thank Dan and Craig, who assessed the problem immediately and quickly, offered a recommendation, and dispatched personnel straight away to give us temporary air conditioning to utilize during this hot weather!

The guys came in removed old AC unit and installed new one. Also moved to new location. They did an amazing job above and beyond. Very professional and courteous. I would recommend Harris heating and cooling to anyone. Top notch company.
