Inspection and cleaning of the furnace getting ready for winter went very well. Service tech was very respectful of the house making sure he put booties on very pleasant. Very happy with the way things went.

Excellent communication with setting up appointment, call from technician, ETA, etc. Came in after hours to fix AC issue. Service was professional, Issac checked out complete system, found the issue, fixed, rechecked and tested system. AC is working great! Highly recommended!

Harris' quote was cheaper than someone else I called).
Ben called informing me he was on his way and when he was done, gave me a detailed rundown of what he found. I was impressed with the speed and the cost was less than I thought it would be. It seems I found something you don't find anymore. A company that deal with care and integrity all across the organization.

They were very professional, with such cold temperatures, they arrived in couple hours after calling, communicative always keeping you informed and finished quickly repair and affordable. Highly recommend !

Have had Harris Heating and AC come out twice now for service calls. Both times they were professional, explained the problem and made recommendations as well as alternative solutions (example: do this small item now and this item later or do this larger item later, here are options A, B and C to fix the problem).
Not pushy towards any solution.
Will be reaching out again if needed in the future.

I called and received a message from an ai assistant. I was told that a technician would arrive between 2:30 and 3:30 am as this was an emergency. There was no confirmation. I checked again and the confirmation was extended to 4:30am. There was also a message sent via text. No one showed up.

I just want to give a shout out to Chelsea and Ben. Their customer service was top notch and professional. I was told from another company that I had to use their services as they were the ones to install the unit. Harris Heating and Cooling picked up the pieces and made a very stressful day, better. They went above and beyond and I will never use another company again.

Harris Heating installed a new furnace and air conditioner for us. Our existing system was old and it turns out that it was oversized. They were able to make sure we got a correctly sized system and a good warranty on it. The installers were friendly and professional throughout the process, they got along great with our dogs, and left everything cleaned up afterwards.

We had also previously used them to install a Mitsubishi mini split system in our garage, which has worked really well to keep it heated and cooled. Great product.

I would high recommend the team at Harris Heating for your HVAC needs.

Chelsea, their dispatcher, is always pleasant, personable and accommodating when we call in to book. Isaac came to do our furnace fall check up and despite being the last job of the day for him after having encountered problems on his prior job, he took it upon himself to install an upgraded thermostat even though I mentioned to him that I had experienced minor issues that seemed to have remedied themselves. After having had already a long day's work, he chose to not brush off these minor issues till they became worst, but spent close to an hour finishing with his inspection and doing the thermostat install plus explaining its modified operation. Greatly appreciated and job well done.

Ben was very efficient and took the time to show me a few things about my furnace that I had not had a chance to even look at or learn since moving into my new home. He ordered/picked up part and followed up promptly as promised.
I will definitely use Harris and Ben again in the future if needed.

Harris Heating and Cooling is the best. Ashley, who is super friendly is always willing to answer your needs and schedule any appointments needed.. Stephanie, the technician arrived ahead of our scheduled appointment. She was very efficient at cleaning, testing and pointing out areas of concern with options to correct the problem.
