5 star service all around. I had an issue with my fireplace, Steve came on short notice and on time, as agreed. Professionally troubleshooted, resolved, and fairly priced. Replacement parts ordered and installed clean and tidy. For any HVAC needs, I will for sure call Steve again.

East Star HVAC (Steve) was recommended by a friend years ago. My Furnace and AC were 30+ years old so I decided to have them both replaced. Since then I have had gas lines installed / water heater installed/ and other jobs around my house.

Best decision I've made in regards to investing in my house. It's tough to find honest and reliable services and Steve provides both. I have recommended to family and friends, and recommend to anyone reading.

When I decided to look into Ductless AC options, Steve was recommended to me by my dad. When I called to get a quote, Steve stopped by that afternoon. He was straightforward and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. On the day of installation, they worked diligently, did their best to reduce any mess and also cleaned up any mess that did happen.
