DWd HVAC and More came to my condo to pull the air conditioning unit out for maintainance/cleaning. The 2 technicians were thorough, courteous, completed the job and cleaned up before leaving. My air is working so much better! Highly recommend this company!

I wish I had Dave and his crew install the original furnace in my house. He installed a better suited furnace unit, balanced the air flow and fixed the problems I was experiencing. He also installed a hot water on demand unit. I can't believe how quite and efficient the unit is... should have installed that when I built the house. DWD is now my go to hvac guy. I cannot thank DWD enough for all they did here at our new-build home. Their advice re our A/C requirements have proven to be "as needed"! Upgrading the A/C unit and thermostat was the best thing that could gave happened. Better still - their cost to do so was highly beneficial as well (I checked this out extensively before committing). The installation was timely and professionally completed. Plus their follow-up with me afterwards has been wonderful. Dave and Scott know their "stuff" - and are both easy to deal with. I recently had the pleasure of working with Dave and his crew from DWD HVAC to install a new furnace and central air conditioning unit in my home, and I couldn't be more happier with the results. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of excellent.

Called DWD HVAC from google as I didn't know anyone else in town. Our AC cut out during a heat wave and the house was getting to 27C during the night. Presented my issue and Dave was just fantastic. Send one of his top techs within an hour. The tech, Mac, provide an overview of the potential issues and proceeded to diagnose. Once diagnosed the issue, provided an immediate remedy with a bigger work scope to follow. I spoke to Dave again to plan on the work to fix the larger issue. Dave, knowing that we are in a middle of a heat wave, was able to get all the parts and send a team of two additional technicians to fix the problem the following day. Fantastic customer service a specially for someone that they did not know previously. Very professional and I don't think it could have been done any faster. Big thank you to the whole DWD team!!!

Long Story short
Had a flood our rental hot water heater was damaged,. and needed be replaced without hot water for 10 days See my other reviews for details.

Called Dave this moring explained the situation and found a way to fit us in within 5 hours of my original call Dave had the tank installed and and we'll have hot water before dinner. Dave and his team were extremely professional, courteous, and did great work in an extremely timely fashion. Would and will absolutely recommend Dave in the future .

Dave and his team did a great job installing my new Armstrong furnace and AC system, with careful attention to every detail. They made every effort to be sure I was completely satisfied. Quotes including different placing options were very professional, and schedule dates for installation were kept. Very Happy and will definitely call them for future maintenance needs. The new furnace is exceptionally quiet and efficient!

We hired DWD to install a gas heater in the garage, as well as inspect and ensure the two gas fireplaces in our new houses were functioning properly and safe to use. Dave and Scott were both extremely professional to deal with, the work was done in a timely manner and at a reasonable rate. DWD HVAC and More installed a ductless split-type heat pump in my condo. Dave demonstrates a high level of professionalism and expertise, and I am very pleased with the quality of the unit. DWD re-installed a mini split unit that was defective and installed incorrectly by the original HVAC company. They did an excellent job. Looks very neat. Previous HVAC installed the outside unit on the brick wall of the house. Every time the unit kicked on when set to heat, you could hear the rumbling in the upstairs bedrooms. DWD re-installed the unit on a stand on the ground. No more noise when trying to sleep. Very happy.

Dave and Max were fantastic to work with on our gas line install. Professional, friendly and hard working. DWD was referred by two family members who also only had great things to say. Highly recommended!

I’ve used DWD HVAC and more for a few different services. They moved our AC when we had our patio done, we also had them run a brand new gas line & install a pool heater. Dave and his team have been great every time! Very polite & professional with lots of communication. I would highly recommend!

Update: We just had them out to install a new central AC unit after our old one started to fail. DWD HVAC was quick, clean and did a great job!

DWD HVAC was recommended by a local fireplace company that couldn't get to our service request for weeks.
Fortunately for us, DWD was able to come out the next day. Our 25 year old gas fireplace is now fixed, running well, and looks great after they cleaned it so beautifully.
We will be having them come to service our gas pool heater this summer for sure!

Dave and his Team at DWD HVAC and More did a great job when I needed my furnace replaced. After inspection and quick fix repair on the existing furnace, Dave laid out all the new equipment options, gave his recommendation, and saved me a lot of time, money and hassle. The new furnace arrived within a few days and was installed very professionally. The installation team worked efficiently, appreciated the business, removed the scrap furnace for us and left the work area much cleaner than they found it. Ask them for help with your needs. My family of 5 has been living with an HVAC system that hasn't been able to keep up with the extreme temperatures we are all facing. With the upcoming heat wave, I got 3 quotes on replacing the furnace and A/C with local companies. Dave and team left a good impression and their estimate was competitive with the other companies.
