We moved about a year ago in this city and doesn’t know anyone or who’s great in the business. I googled air duct cleaning services and saw high ratings for this company and the ratings never disappoint. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Michael arrived on time as they said. He’s very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He did an excellent job, cleaning the air ducts of my home especially we didn’t know when was the last time it was cleaned. He also did a great job of doing maintenance service for our furnace and informed me to use a better filter. He also informed me of other services that I might be interested in the future. I’m quite a happy customer and I’ll be calling them again next year. IA.

Vacu-Duct from start to finish was awesome. They were super informative and super easy to deal with. When Michael showed up, he told me everything he was going to do and had a smile on his face while doing it. He really went above and beyond. Very happy with the results and would use them again for sure!

Vacu-Duct was great to work with. Just had my house done. They did a really nice job! Michael was great. Very knowledgeable and showed how much dirt and dust they were able to clean out. Didn’t leave a mess at all in the home.

Firstly, I would like to mention how great the service was from start to finish.
The sales team was helpful and the technicians were clean and polite. Michael and his trainee showed up when expected, and immediately made a game plan to tackle my rather old 2 storey home. They were kind, clean, efficient and respected my home. During the service a supervisor stopped in to check on the progress of the job and ensure I was happy with the job the technicians were doing. Overall a 5-star experience was provided by Michael and the Vacu-Duct team.

I have been using this service since the early 90s and would never consider using anyone else. We finished a large reno and had Micheal come and clean our ducts out. He was professional and courteous. He quietly went room to room doing his work.
Great company, great staff. Highly recommend to anyone who needs this service.

Had Jeremy come to do our ducts and dryer vents today. He was very thorough, left no mess or evidence of any work, and did the duct work through the window so the bugs don’t come in ( it’s summer so we are grateful).

Really appreciate it, there is a noticeable difference in the air quality.

Was very happy with my service. Ron was very responsive and make sure everything was done right. I highly recommend vacu-duct.

We had some renovations done in the house and decided to get the ducts cleaned. This company had come from a recommendation and we pulled the trigger. The work crew came and we're at the house for about three hours. They were awesome and showed me the before and after pictures for the ducts, definitely needed cleaning.

While they were there, I also had them clean the dryer vent. I thought, I kept everything super clean. Boy was I surprised. I thought it was snowing in the summer with all of the lint they cleaned out. Just getting the dryer vent cleaned was worth the trip. They will be coming back on a regular basis to clean that vent for sure.

Absolutely unacceptable customer service.
I called for duct cleaning, provided my address, square footage, number of furnaces all the details she asked for. She quoted me $500. I simply asked what was included in that price. That is a completely normal and reasonable question when someone is charging $500.
When I asked whether the furnace fan cleaning was included, she said they don’t open the furnace and that only a gas technician can do that. I mentioned that licensed duct cleaning professionals are able to open and clean certain furnace components. Instead of answering professionally, she immediately became defensive and started assuming I was “not happy with the price.”
How does asking what’s included in the service mean I’m unhappy with the price?
She then told me to “ respectfully go somewhere else, have a good day” and hung up on me. That is extremely rude and unprofessional. When I called back to address her behavior, she doubled down and claimed she was being polite.
Hanging up on a potential customer for asking basic questions is not polite it’s disrespectful and arrogant.
If this is how this company treats customers before even booking the job, I can only imagine how they behave after taking your money. Completely unacceptable.
Avoid if you value professionalism and basic respect. And she owe an apology.

I set an appointment and given a 3 hour window, the technician never showed up! If you going to be late at least communicate that to the customer! I would give them a rating lower than 1 but google didn’t alllow anything less

This company called my company to do a clean up of a mess they made of a customers home, and refuses to speak to us or pay us for the services that were performed. I just called them from a number not associated with my company and they simply hung up on us. They are a 100% scam artist & will NEVER recommend them to any of my customers for family

You will never get more reliable and honest service. I’ve had Dick clean my chimney for years. I don’t think there is any other service in the Windsor area either so when he retires I’m not sure what we are going to do. Mr Chimney is the best! Thanks Dick for all your years of faithful service.

He was amazing. Cleaned the chimney, installed new damper and
I received my WET certificate for insurance. All went well. We love our fireplace.
