My dryer stopped working after a roommate stuck something in the dryer that left behind bunch of debris(think beanbag filler material or something similar). After that my dryer would only run for a few minutes and stop working from over heating. I was thinking of calling the appliance repair guys but I was pretty sure I knew the issue was so I called these guys instead to clean my dryer vents. They were in the area, and within an hour of calling I was able to get my problem fixed. Couldn’t have been happier!

Very pleasant customer service. Great on the phone and the technician was also very pleasant. We felt we made a good choice and were very pleased ... until a month later when my husband had to do some repairs and open up some of the duct work (he is a HVAC specialist). What we found inside was awful!! Visible ducts and vents are all clean, but EVERYTHING out of sight is like this. I don't know if it is Sears Duct Cleaning that is terrible ... of if duct cleaning in general is useless. We were willing to take the chance due to severe respiratory allergies in the family, with high hopes. Allergies still bothersome ... and no wonder. I do not recommend this company unless you just want your visible vents tidied up. A waste of money.
