Very professional. Voted #1 for good reason! We moved into a mobile home that was smoked in and smelled bad from nicotine. He showed us how our ducts were never cleaned, it was bad. They came in and blew us away. We have a 4 month old baby so she went above beyond to help make sure the air quality is good. Our home smells amazing!! Very nice people. Quick service. Excellent. I highly recommend this wonderful team!

Ontario Steam Carpet & Duct Cleaning were able to make it the very next day I called, were punctual, courteous, respectful and very professional. They followed safety precautions and also wore shoe slips, unlike some other service professionals we have worked with, which we truly appreciate. They ensured every duct and vent was cleaned thoroughly, and also fixed a portion of my open duct for no additional charge. Our home has been left smelling and feeling fresh and we see an improvement in the dust, lint and pet hair in our home. They completed the task efficiently, and in reasonable time, and left our home in a clean state once the work was completed.

A factor I really like about them, is they covered all our home vents/ducts for a single reasonable price. Unlike most major services that charge a low fee for a limited number of ducts + extra per duct. I basically got a lot of value for the price I paid and their level of service topped it off very well.

This is a family owned business that definitely values providing good service.
They have definitely earned us as repeat customers (will be calling them for our carpet cleaning soon!). We shall recommend them to our neighbors and friends and to all reading this review.

I had our dryer vent serviced today. We had an appointment for 1:30pm he called at noon saying they were going to arrive in 45min. I didn’t mind the earlier time. They did a wonderful job cleaning out the vent and reconnected everything. They were both very friendly and efficient with the job. I would recommend Ontario Steam and I would use their services again in the future!

Very professional! They were very detailed. And made sure every duct and cold air return was done. Also made sure to ask about the dryers and the vents (which I never even thought to ask about being done) . I would highly recommend recommend going with this company!

I just had my ducts professionally cleaned by this lovely husband and wife team. They did a very good, thorough job and they both have a great sense of humour. Highly recommend!

Mike and (presumably) his wife did an excellent job with my carpet. We have a 2 and 4 year old. Anyone who has kids knows what I’m talking about. After Mike performed his magic it looked brand new. I wish I had a before photo to compare. Will use them again

Ontario Steam cleaned both my duct and carpet. Mike is very cordial and worked hard to clean my duct and carpet nicely. Now it looks like a new brand-new carpet. Also, for the duct cleaning, they opened all the vent and exhaust and got them cleaned with forced air pressure and their heavy-duty industrial vacuum system.

They cleaned my air ducts today and did an amazing job! Well priced, punctual, courteous, and professional. A lovely pair! I would highly recommend and will be using them for future cleaning!

Their duct cleaning portion was not that bad but related works were terrible. They damaged washer hose while moving it away from the wall but didn't care to fix it saying they are busy, I had to call plumber to replace the damaged hose and my tenants were out of laundry for 3 days. Also they didn't clean the area as it was. Paid them extra $25 as they replaced a hose that costs $15 outside but left the old one along with all the dust all over. Didn't even bother to put back filter cover after replacing it.

I inquired about my furnace duct cleaning
They responded right away with a quote. I replied back saying maybe in a couple weeks. I decided a little later to see if the can book me for October 3. That was at approx 11:13 no reply. Again at 12:50 still no reply. I messaged back around 3:30.saying they are not interested in my business and Im going elsewhere. Then they decided to Rey and asked if I wanted to book a cleaning. To late already booked with someone else since they didn't get back to me. They had and excuse of they were busy they couldn't get back to me sooner. No thanks, their loss

These are two of the nicest people we've ever had the pleasure of working with. We contracted Mike and his wife to do our home's duct cleaning, as well as dryer vent cleaning and steam cleaning some older (very dirty) carpet in September 2025.

They are awesome people and did an amazing job. They could not have been kinder or harder working and we would both recommend them and use them again.

Very professional and committed. Although I had brandnew air supplies installed, they still took the time to clean them. They even went into the crawlspace where previous companies didn't. They took their time to do the job right, no cutting corners. Joe believes in quality over quantity.

Joe just finished cleaning out my son's houses' ductwork and he did a very thorough, professional job. He explained what he was going to do and he performed the work exactly as he said. He took before and after photos and showed them to me and you could see the effect that this had on the final outcome. He cleaned up after himself and other than the patches he placed in the ducts, you wouldn't even know anything was done. Great job, good person and I highly recommend his services.
