Easy 5 star review. I had my ducts and dryer vents cleaned. Very happy with the service, attention to detail. Excellent job. Even when some challenges presented themselves it was handled well and taken care of the right way. I’ll definately use again.

Just had renovations done on our home and our air ducts needed a good cleaning afterward. Their team arrived at our appointment on time and did a quick yet thorough job. They were very professional and everyone was wearing the appropriate PPE while in the home which was very appreciated. We noticed an immediate improvement in the air and heating quality after they were done. Thank you for your good work.

Today we used Ontario Steam Air Duct & Carpet Cleaning. Excellent husband and wife team. They are professional and very efficient. They did not walk in the house with shoes on, they put on the plastic slip on booties over their shoes. The air quality in my home changed stright away. I never knew how much build up vents/ducts can accumulate they did a excellent job getting rid of all the build up. They also use vent disinfectant which makes your home smell amazing.
They not only do homes they do businesses. I will continue to use their services. Book your appointment your appointment with them!

Showed up next day after calling, they were courteous and kind. The price was good, and as I've had other cleaners before, they did a better job than what I had done before. They did miss a couple of cross-over ducts that were hidden in the ceiling joists that the hvac company pointed out to me, but have since been re-panned. I would gladly recommend them for their work ethic and prompt attention.

I owe a review to this place that’s been long overdue. I used their services over a year ago when I first moved into my home and they did a great job. I had a house that I would vacuum/sweep often and would still see the occasional pet hair laying around so I called these guys for some duct cleaning.

They’re a family owned company and you can tell that they take pride and are very thorough with what they do. I used them for duct cleaning services as well as added carpet cleaning for the bedrooms. The carpets were fairly clean already, so I didn’t see a huge difference there (it was more for peace of mind than anything), but the duct cleaning I was very impressed with. I was really happy with the results and would 100% use them again.

I called Mike and an appointment was made within days. They were on time and took their time to clean the Air ducts. I have had them clean before with a different company and paid almost the same price but didn't do the job Ontario steam did. Now I know how they are when they are cleaned. They explained the process and showed me the before and after. Gave advice on next steps. I recommend this company if u want a REAL air ducts cleaning. Thank you so much guys.

We had a flow error show up on our new dryer just before flying out for a winter vacation. This was concerning due to the potential for a dryer fire with our son living here. We were able to book a next day appt and I was blown away buy how much lint had collected in the vent. Excellent service and pleasant professional ownership. Definitely having them back for the duct cleaning.

I would recommend this company. They were punctual, very polite, friendly, and professional. They took all return vents off and showed me the condition they were in. I took the opportunity to wash them and they kindly screwed them back into the wall. They were thorough and made sure to locate all air vents . Cleaned up after they were finished. Answered any questions I had. They placed a reminder on my furnace of the next date the vents should be cleaned.

We had the Ontario steam cleaning team come out to clean our air ducts after a renovation. (Extremely dusty) not only were they super kind and friendly, they were also organized and clean. Excellent job! Highly recommend to anyone!

I believe this is a family run business. Very willing to work around our schedule. They worked together efficiently and thoroughly to clean our ducts and steam clean the carpets. Extra effort was applied in heavily soiled areas, and we were given tips to keep our ducts clean. The team used all precautions necessary during Covid, and expected the same from our family. This company provided excellent service, and it was a great decision to have them come after purchasing a new home! Will definitely use this company again.

Very happy with the outcome of the service! I contacted this company due to a lack of performance with my rental property hvac. Its an old house and there is no way to know now when it was done last but it has made a difference in the air of the house and the amount of cool air making it all the way to the top unit - enough to have been noticed by my tenants who were delighted I got the service done. Hours of operation are very good - no need to take a day off work to get your ducts cleaned - makes so much sense. See you in 2 years.

Ontario Steam Carpet & Duct Cleaning were professional and courteous. A great family owned business that lives up to all the reviews on google. Everything was done in a timely manner with good communication throughout. They did a great job, very thorough and everything smells clean & fresh. Had my ducts and vents cleaned last week. I was very impressed with their professionalism, friendliness, lets not forget a great job. Shortly after the cleaning when the furnace started you could smell the freshness. Before duct cleaning we had to dust 2-3 times a week, not now. Thank you, for a job well done. Everything about Ontario Steam is professional and organized! They arrived 15 minutes early and got to work cleaning my air ducts quickly and efficiently. The team cleared any extra debris that came out during the process and they used this amazing cleanser that left my home smelling fresh and super clean.
It is all of the extra details that they pay attention to that makes their work so effective. I called them back to clean my dryer vent and steam clean furniture and once again I was so impressed. It is clear that this company takes great pride in their work! I highly recommend Ontario Steam.

There is reason why people are giving 5 stars to this company! It is the owners. Mike and his wife did a great job with the duct cleaning. They throughly clean the ducts. Mike also brought my attention on the dryer. He was so right I did not know anything about it, but he explained how dangerous it is to have a blocked dryer line. So we agreed on the price and they also completed that fast. Additionally he fixed issues on the dryer hose for me without charging. Do not go somewhere else these people are punctual and they can walk the extra mile for you. Believe me you wont regret it.

We had a skunk spray our dogs and really stink up the house. I called Mike at 8am and told him our situation, he explained he's done many skunk spray jobs and could get there by 10am. He showed up early and full of great advice. I cannot recommend this company enough. Quick and extremely professional. Will absolutely call again!
