We had 6 dining room chairs and a recliner cleaned. Booking an appointment was easy and worked well with our schedule. They called and said they were ahead of schedule and were able to come a bit early. They worked quickly and efficiently. The chairs look brand new. Price was fair. Saw a video online about the importance of ventilation cleaning and dryer vent cleaning. I called for service and Ontario Steam arrived on time to do a thorough cleaning of all the vents and dryer vent. Amazing work and great pricing as well. Now my home air will be clean and sanitary and my dryer vent will not be a fire hazard anymore. Can't wait to call back in a year or two!

Would definitly recommend this company, and will call them again. They were professional, thorough and thoughtful. They wore masks upon entering due to covid, gave me their card, and got to work right away. They made sure they located all of my vents, cleaned, disinfected and returned vents and furnace also did my dryer vent. Great price and great service!

We booked for the next day and the company had a cancellation so asked if we wanted them to come in an hour!! We scrambled and removed all the furniture in time. They did a great job, was efficient, friendly and very professional. Thanks so much!!

Mike and family are great, I've had them out for duct cleaning, furnature clean and carpet , awesome job.
I've introduced to a great friend and first did their ducts that they found a couple problems and went under the house and did repairs.....WOW ! They most recently have been back and did a refresh of the original rugs and the stone floors and grout, my friend said it looks like it was just installed but is 15 years old....stone millions old ...ha .

Ontario Steam did a very thorough, and professional job cleaning our HVAC Ducts. They were very informative and explained where our torubled areas might be and why they went the extra mile to insure our ducts were cleaned through and through. I highly recommend this Company.

Just finished duct and dryer vent cleaning yesterday with Ontario Steam Carpet & Duct Cleaning Windsor. Reception Moe was very patient and friendly and even response to email inquiries during weekend.

They arrived not only on time but actually 10 -15 mins earlier to make sure the job start on time (they had lots of equipments that need to be moved around the house). Two gentleman were really professional and explain details and reason behind their works.

All the panel were been reinstalled properly, all the cleaning hole they drilled before the cleaning process on the duct were sealed with tight rubber. They also use deodorant and sanitizer to make sure everything is clean and smell good.

And their website and payment technology looks sharps and very convenient for any type of customers.

Overall, I'm very happy with their service and I high recommend them to anyone who needs duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning. And just want to let new customer know that you could move around your furniture especially those covered or closed to the floor air vent or cool air return vent on the wall ahead of time so save yourself times for the whole process.
