It is more expensive than I can afford but I am paying it because the girls are dependable. i could get someone else at less an hour but dependability, trust and quick service matter. Team three which is only two girls does a good job and are very pleasant. Veronica and Mary always do a good job. I had the deep cleaning first and because of cost only once a month only. With just my husband and I once a month is working.

Team #4 - Diana's Team - do a very good job cleaning my large home. They always arrive on the day and time planned, and follow the cleaning plan designed for my home. I appreciate that the cleaners are very self-directed and if I have extra items done, they do that, too. Sometimes the Team leader needs to check with the office as to the extra time and charges, and this is done effeciently and at reasonable cost. They clean top to botton, every room, every bathroom, every time. The ladies are effecient, work independently, don't cut corners, and don't take time with personal calls or discussions. Their professionalism is unusual in this industry, and that is why they have cleaned our home for many years.

I am so happy with Team 6 !! They cleaned my home last week and did a super job, like they always do. I have several bathrooms, a kitchen which gets alot of spills because of my cooking, and a lot of hardwood floors. Each time they leave, the kitchen is spotless, the bathrooms are clean and fresh, the beds are made, and my floors are clean enough to eat off of :) These ladies are a terrific blessing to me and my whole family !!!

The Maids of Albany did a fantastic job cleaning the bathroom and the kitchen of my father-in-laws house as we got it ready for sale. The refrigerator was disgusting and they made it look brand new! The linoleum was nasty, too but they got it shining. Thank you so much for the excellent work!

I have been completely satisfied with the job Team #3 Ana, Mary & Blanca have done in my home. They are always on time, thorough & timely with their cleaning. If I have a specific request they listen and respect what I have asked. It is a pleasure to come home after their visit!

I hired The Maids to do a move out cleaning on my single-family rental home in Albany when my lease ended and they did a phenomenal job. The inside of the house was cleaner than I could have ever expected it to be. I cannot recommend The Maids highly enough.

We have been using the Maids for over 5 years in 3 different homes. Due to COVID related issues they had to suspend services to our location due to labor shortages. We just got them back after going thru 3 other services over the last year. I can not believe how we got along without them. What a great job team 3 with Mary, Juanita, Lourdes and Brenda did for us in the first clean of the return to our normal schedule. Team #2 of Lorena, Susy & Lupito did a fantastic job on my mom's house. So friendly and clean and professional. I am very happy with their services and happy they are coming on a regular basis to take care of this for me.

Team #2- Lorena, Susy and Lupita were just here to clean. They always do a great job and if they miss something they take care of it as soon as I point it out. They are quick, efficient and friendly.
They are such a blessing to have come in and do the cleaning that I can't get to anymore. I highly recommend their services.
They always ask me to inspect their work before they leave to make sure that I am satisfied.

Team #3 did an amazing job! Our house is spotless for the holidays thanks to Mary, Suzy, Blanca, and Lupe. 10/10 would recommend, we will be booking again in the future, as we had such a wonderful first experience with this company.

I had Team #2 (Suzy, Yoly and Angy) deep clean one of my rental properties in Monmouth. They did an incredible job. The house was quite dirty and not had a deep clean in three years. The team was detail oriented, getting into all the small and unseen areas, and even removed cob webs from 20 foot high ceilings. They did all of this in an afternoon where it was 100 degrees without air conditioning! I could not recommend them enough. They were excellent!

The Maids team 6 has been cleaning our home for about a year. They are prompt efficient and professional. They are recommended highly.

I needed an apartment move out cleaning and I live in Salem, but many of the companies in Salem did not answer their phones.
In desperation I called The Maids in Albany as it said they also do Salem. The phone was answered by a pleasant person who gave me an estimate and scheduled my cleaning.
I will say that I thought their pricing was quite high, but at least I was able to get it scheduled. 3 women came to do the cleaning...on time!
Isobel, Blanca & Elena. They knew exactly what to do and we're quick and efficient. The apartment looked amazing which made the price seem not so bad.

Just moved into our new house & had the Maids come out. Love Patricia & her team! With lots of dog hair (ours) and residual crud from previous owners the first cleaning was great. They missed a couple of things, fans & hanging lights but that will be taken care of as time goes on and I'm sure as we all become more familiar with the home & her needs all will be wonderful! Team #7, Simona, Lorena and Blanca, swept in exactly on time, masked as requested. They assessed the job and went to work. And work they did. Three solid, efficient, professional hours later, my house was spotless. They scrubbed and wiped and dusted every nook and cranny. They somehow removed some floor schmutz that I could not budge. The house looks and smells great. And my bill was lower than estimated. Lower!! I am delighted.

My husband and I travel regularly for our jobs as dancers and choreographers, staying in hotels all over the world. It leaves us little time to catch up on things such as house cleaning, beyond a touch up here and there. Returning from our last trip to China, I realized that I felt more comfortable in our orderly, clean hotel room than in my own home.

They detailed our house like you would detail a car - coming back a second day to finish what turned out to be a much more extensive job than had been expected. They were pleasant, hard working and willing to go the extra mile to make my house the place that I now want to come home to! Five stars to this fantastic crew from The Maids!
