Team #3 is AMAZING! They clean the sorority house I oversee. Team #3 was always courteous, professional, and eager to clean to our standards. There were a couple times where they weren't cleaning areas we needed, but it was because we had not asked them yet! As soon as we asked, they were right on it for us. They pay high attention to detail and are willing to clean whatever you need cleaned. Also, team #3 even came in on one of their off days (they don't typically work weekends) for a special clean despite it being a Saturday. We are so thankful for Ana, Mary, and Bianca from team #3!

I needed same-week cleaning and I was so excited that The Maids could squeeze me in.

Team #3 consisting of Monica, Julieta, end Olga did an AMAZING job. Not only that, but they did an EPIC job with ensuring the place was spotless. The team exceeded my expectations.

Mary, Susy, and Juana were awesome! So nice and very professional. They even showed up early! I've never had my house professionally cleaned before, and I would highly recommend it. They did an excellent job and every looks and smells so good!

This was my first time ever hiring a housekeeping service. I am not a good housekeeper myself, and my house was embarrassingly dirty. Brenda, Roxana, and Simona did an amazing job getting it sparkling. They were fast and efficient and knew exactly what to do. I will definitely be hiring them again. Thank you so much ladies!

We use this service regularly twice a month for standard cleaning. I look forward to the teams coming, not just for the obvious of having my house cleaned, but also because the team members are very professional and delightful. This week it was Ana and team 3. They always do a fantastic job, pay attention to the details to make sure we are satisfied. I highly recommend using this service, we have been customers for a year and a half now, and we have never been disappointed in the results. It is always amazing to come home to a clean house, especially when you didn’t have to put in the effort to clean it. 😊

This was our initial deep cleaning service. Team 4 did a great job. They arrived on time, divided the work and got right to it. The shower was sparkling and the floors shone. They were professional and friendly. The house was clean but no harsh cleaning product smell. I will have them come back every 2 weeks.

Yesterday, Team 2 with Susana, Bictoria and Monica arrived, equipment in hand and smiles on their faces.
They worked diligently, applying themselves to each and every task for a solid three hours.
As I checked their work before they left, I was quite pleased! My house hasn't been so clean since we moved in. It was a great relief to know that things I had neglected (like dusting the venetian blinds and vacuuming under the beds and other furniture) were taken care of! The kitchen and bathrooms literally sparkled.
My husband and I are not good housekeepers. We tend to ignore it until it hits us in the face. We will be quite happy to turn these chores over to The Maids and spend our time otherwise!

It has been a while since our house has been really cleaned, and today we had Team #1 take on the challenge. Patricia, Lulu, Monica, and Lorena did a great job, and it looks and feels so much better! Like a breath of fresh air. They were friendly and professional, and worked with challenges our house presented. I look forward to keeping it up with ongoing, scheduled cleanings. Thank you!

Recently I had a deep clean from Team #5 - Julieta, Simona, and Olga. Had never hired a cleaner before since my spouse used to have her own cleaning business so very high standards on what a good job would require.
Overall, the team did an excellent job. There were a couple of very minor misses but overall very thorough.
Did not love the price but they say you get what you pay for and I was very satisfied despite the cost.

2023--Still very happy customers, a year later! Patricia and her team take very good care of us. Team 1 is our go-to team because Patricia takes care of every detail, including ones I've missed. When they leave, our kitchen sparkles, the carpets have wonderful little vacuum lines, fresh linens adorn our bed, and our bathrooms smell wonderful. Thank you. 2022--Team # 1, led by Patricia, keeps our house clean -- despite the best efforts of active, outdoor humans, 2 long-haired dogs, and a cat living in a house in the woods with cream carpet. Beyond their awesome cleaning ability, they're professional, while also being warm and friendly, which is important when you invite people into your home. Our lives would be infinitely more hectic and tiring without Patricia and the rest of Team #1.

Team #4 of The Maids did a fantastic job performing a deep clean of my home in West Salem. They were very thorough and were considerate and careful for several of my heirloom items. They arrived on time and were efficient on their methodology of cleaning my two story home. Great JOB ! I will continue to use them for regular cleanings. OUT STANDING ! TEAM and company, I HIGHLY recommend them.

Blanca, Gabi, and Araseli cleaned my elderly neighbor's house for me, and totally transformed the dirty, dark house into a bright, sparkling home! They were so thorough, and cleaned every surface, including the appliances, cabinets, baseboards and floors. They were so fast!!! I am SO pleased and thankful! These women were miracle workers!!!

So I warned them BEFORE they agreed to clean my place that it is DIRTY because of mental and physical disabilities. I told them just to focus on the living room and kitchen, and if they can't finish in the hour that is totally fine. I was NOT told I needed to pick stuff up or do a preclean. They took WHOLE BAGS OF BABY FOOD and clothes and toys and books and tools and cords (I have pictures) and THREW THEM IN THE GARBAGE. I paid near 200$, and they are only willing to give me 30 back. She kept trying to say it wasn't their job to sort stuff and so that's why stuff ended up in the garbage. ....I asked before hiring them to make sure that they would clean even with how dirty it was and they. Said. Yes.

The Maids were AMAZING! We moved into a house that was so gross and they worked their magic. When I entered after they left it felt like an entirely new house! I would highly recommend them!

Teresa, Monica, and Elsy were amazing!!! They left my house so clean and smelling wonderful. I think having them come just once to do a deep clean has inspired me to have them come back monthly!! Will definitely hire again!!!

Full disclosure, I'm not a messy person. I however did have a vacuum cleaner quit and friends staying the weekend. I also don't enjoy certain chores and wanted the home to have a good once over. The woman on the phone was very helpful with me in picking priorities and a price point. I had Patricia, Susana, Julieta and they did an incredible job. They were at it before I got out the door. Very thorough and very fast. They were gone before I got home. Picture a SWAT team but in a good way. They cleaned my toaster. Dude. Thanks again for an outstanding job.

We have The maids clean every other week in our warehouse in Albany. They do a phenomenal job every time. Very thorough for every team they bring in to clean. Brenda's team in particular does great.

I have never hired a cleaning service before and was hesitate on who to approach. After reading reviews and the services that were offered, I decided to use The Maids.
Setting up the appointment was easy, especially since I live in a rural area and thought they may not cover my town. (Scio/Lebanon area)
Team #3 with Monica, Brenda, and Simona were amazing! I ordered a deep clean since it was spring and I haven't been able to find the time to clean. They spent a great deal of time making sure that everything got the attention it needed. Nothing was missed. The windows including the window seals were cleaned, behind the washer and dryer, microwave, doors, wall features, shoe rack, decorative items, and the list goes on.
When I arrived home from work, I almost cried when I saw all that they were able to do. It was a great feeling to come home to a clean house to relax in.
Thank you Maids for the great and amazing work, for making my home clean, comfortable, and a place to relax.
