On short notice and for a reasonable fee, she and her cheerful crew showed up right on time (early, actually). Within a couple of hours, these lovely ladies had whipped a sorry sight into a much sweeter space.
I employed Your Helper to assist a struggling loved one and, because of my own health challenges and the high level of general overwhelm surrounding the situation, I didn't even research other companies.
I knew this could be risky, but I was exhausted and desperate and, honestly, hired Celiflora because she was the only company representative who took the time and made the effort to contact me personally via text.
She made it so easy. I never felt any anxiety about my decision. And besides being knowledgeable and highly skilked, fast and efficient, Celiflora and her staff were warm, kind and compassionate.

They performed a miracle in a day! Landlords, if you have a tenant who has left the place so filthy you could just cry, this team will bring hope back. I'm sure they can get in and clean up just about anything. After what I saw them do on my rental (tenant had three dogs and wasn't much for cleaning), I'm sure they can make just about anything look new again. ❤ I'm very glad to have found them. I don't even know where to begin. The girl that cleaned my sister's apartment was AMAZING! An absolute wizard! When Celiflora told me they would clean everything I wasn't sure what to expect. But everything meant EVERYTHING! Even the oven at no extra cost! They even brought their own cleaners and vacuum. These people know how to work and they work hard. Very reasonably priced too. Will definitely use again. Very happy!

My late sister lived in her house for over 40 years and it needed a really good deep cleaning before we could put the house up for sale. I saw all the comments and photos on the Your Helper
website. I was SO impressed by everything I read. The team showed up exactly on time and by the end of the day, the house was totally immaculate!!!! They cleaned everything, including under the stove, the refrigerator, the washer & dryer. There wasn't a cobweb to be found anywhere and the oven looked like it was brand new. I was so pleased with their excellent work! They went above & beyond all my expectations. I wish I lived in Albany so I could use their services on a regular basis!

Celia and her team of Theresa and Maria just completed a deep clean of my home. We live in a rural residential area and are subject to the wind, dirt and dust in the air of the hay mowing and ryegrass seed harvesting in summer. I usually do a deep clean every fall and spring but was unable to complete it in the fall as usual. Celia and her team quickly and professionally deep cleaned every inch of the house, including washing the windows and screens. The racks in the stove were cleaned until they looked new. Celi and her team are absolutely amazing! As an adult with anxiety I get really nervous to have help as well as people in my “space” this team made me comfortable enough to have them be here cleaning while I left for work. I’ve used them twice now and each time my home is immaculate when I return! My 6 year old even commented how awesome the house looks. I will be contacting these guys again!
