Don't waste your time with this company. I called twice and spoke to their job scheduler. The first time he told me to text him all of my information and he would get back to me later in the day. He never called back. I then called him back the next day and he said he had been busy but would definitely call back when he was in the office and set up an appointment to do the work. Again he never called back. Unresponsive and useless company.

Omni Electric will be the first company I call for electric service. They returned my call quickly and offered to come out the same day - this was during a snow storm when thousands were out of power. Turned our the issue could be fixed over the phone. Super professional.

I called OMNI Electrical to rule out a suspected hazardous electrical problem with a 240 line to my clothes dryer. The phone was answered professionally and quickly, by a real human being. I explained the problem and my concerns briefly, and after consulting with an electrician, I was given an approximate time to expect an electrician the following day.

The electrician called thirty minutes before the scheduled time, informed me he would be at my house in about a half-hour. He arrived, took off his shoes without having to be asked, given the current Coronavirus restrictions, he was already wearing a mask.

The electrician was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and efficient. I explained my concerns and he listened attentively, asking questions and told me what he would do to investigate the suspected problem. He welcomed me to observe and explained patiently and thoroughly what he was doing at each step, and thoroughly eliminated the possibility the problem was with the electrical system in my house.

I HIGHLY and ENTHUSIASTICALLY recommend OMNI Electrical for any household electrical need. I have used them in the past and will definitely use them again.

2 Star - they answered quick but the receptionist had me call someone else to get a tech out. Tech came, did the outlet and it was $175 for the service call - never got a quote on the phone or with the tech initially - only after the work was done. So heads up that's the minimum fee if they roll a truck.

Was having issues for months and was getting the run-around from another company. Called Omni based on a referral from my realtor. Wish this company would have been my first call. They were on time, quick and clean. They really went above and beyond to educate and make me feel confident in the choice I was making. I will be calling them with all future electric needs.
