Erick and Tristin were wonderul. I had a job that seemed impossible to do without tearing the wall apart. It was in an attic bedroom with lack and plaster and a newly wallpapered and panneled wall. After looking at options, they came up with a way to wire for sconces without messing up my wall. They were creative in their approach, skilled, and left me with a clean hole that can easily be covered back up with the origional trim. Great work!

No buts about it, these guys provide excellent service! When the ditch we had dug for wiring to our shop needed to be completed, they did not hesitate to finish the job. They listened to what we needed, they were positive and friendly in their communication, and their work is without flaw. Highly recommend!

A simple job, but exceptionally well done. I thought we needed a new ceiling box for a ceiling fan we just bought. Our previous electrician had retired, so I checked Yelp and came up with Dickinson. They were able to get me on the schedule quickly and their electrician Michael came by to do the work. He found that our box was strong enough and was able to secure the fan mount to it and a joist nearby. He also did the important wiring for the fan and remote. Michael had a great attitude toward safety and was fantastic to work with. The 5 stars this company earned is no exaggeration--quality service all the way.

I knew I found the right electrician when I saw how Michael with Dickinson Electric approached the task of installing a 240v outlet for my kitchen oven. Michael was very friendly and explained what he needed to do to safely and correctly complete the job and his positive "can do" attitude and problem solving skills in the dynamic environment of this 75 year old home was amazing. On top of that Michael went above and beyond and installed a 110v outlet for my dishwasher. I am very pleased with the result and highly recommend Dickinson Electric.

I was extremely impressed with Dickinson Electric. 1 They will return your call 2 They have reasonable wait times 3. They let you know their rates upfront 4. They are friendly and are thorough about assessing the project when they come, even gathering the owners opinion and letting you know about potential issues but they don’t doddle and get the work done quickly 5. As a woman I felt very respected by Michael and Gannon because they listened to my opinion on how I would like the project to be completed, most contractors don’t even bother asking and if I speak up treat me as if I am being picky or overly demanding. 6 They offered to clean up the work site. I was so impressed with the work Michael and Gannon completed that I immediately called the company after they left to schedule them for three more electrical projects!

After contacting Dickinson Elecric, there was very little wait to get somebody out to our residence. Tristan and Gannon arrived and resolved the problem quickly. They were super nice guys and were professional in their duties. Highly recommend!

Very good service! Very good company! I called Dickinson Electric Hillsboro company’s phone number I got when I searched Google, hoped to have some come to my home to fix electrical outlets and AC without power issues. Without schedule an appointment, just on the phone, Peter, the technician guided me checked the circuit breakers in the electrical panel. With just a few steps, all the electrical outlets and the AC backed to normal! All of this just took a couple minutes and better yet, all the technician helped me over the phone is free! This is my second time having Dickinson Electric out at our place to add new outlets. Michael Rogers has been fabulous on both occasions. Michael provides great recommendations on outlet placements and their rates are reasonable. Our first install was a recessed outlet for a powered mirror right after the snow storm earlier this year, and Michael was very helpful in assisting putting the powered mirrors up. Understanding they're a small business, I left Peter (the owner) an voicemail this second time and he called me back the same day to schedule. I highly recommend going with Dickinson Electric for your electrical needs.

I was very pleased with Dickinson‘s work at our house. They provided a prompt response to my request for a bid, had a reasonable lead time for getting a crew to my house, good communication, good ideas for the project along with different options the our project, work diligently/got in and got out and cleaned up after themselves. They checked in with me before they left to make sure their work was acceptable. I would use them again. Tristin and Gannon were the electricians on our project.

All I can say is WOW, These guys were great. They helped us in our renovation and practically rewired our condo. They obtained the permits, did the work quickly and after they were finished, we asked for more and they did that too. Here is a picture our kitchen after they rewired it, 3 lights, an oven and 15 outlets. Total of 30 outlets, a bathroom, laundry/powder room and we added 8 sconces and 8 chandaliers and changed our circuit breaker panel too. They were very reasonable in their pricing, friendly and very professional, we highly recommend Dickinson Electric for your electrical needs !!!!!!

Wow, they were so helpful. I called first thing in the morning at about 9:20 am to try to schedule an appointment to have somebody come out because my gas water heater and my TV in 2 different rooms had stopped working. I had figured out that somehow they'd been connected to the same electrical system without tripping a breaker in the house. The man I talked to on the phone. Had me go out to the garage and walked me through following the power upstream to a hidden reset switch. He got the whole thing fixed over the phone without charging me anything. I cannot remember the last time. I had this good of service from anybody. 2 thumbs up definitely 5 stars.

Eric and Tristen did excellent work installing a new mast, meter/breaker box, and primary sub panel in my home. What was a jumbled tangle of wires added to and altered over decades is now clean, neat, and most of all safe. Peter at Dickinson was prompt in giving me a bid, work progressed quickly upon my approval, and was fit into my schedule. He arranged everything with PGE and the city. Eric and Tristen are professional and personable. I totally recommend Dickinson Electric.

I've been using Dickinson Electric since I first moved into my house in 2018 and I only have good things to say about them. Michael and Brian are the primary guys who work on my house and they have consistently clean work and elegant solutions to my electrical projects. I've had them install extra ventilation in my laundry room so I can safely use my 3D resin printer, add lighting to my back patio, install a charging station for my electric car, and do the wiring and install my induction cooktop. That's just a snapshot of the bigger projects they've done! I've never once needed to have them come back to fix a piece of work. Electrical work is expensive but it's worth the money when you know that it's being done right.
