Joel, Torrey, and Sharon were all awesome to work with and made the whole process very easy. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Raindrop to anyone needing a roof replacement.

Raindrop put a roof on for me 9 1/2 years ago, and it's been trouble-free since then. They were professional, courteous, and fast when it was replaced. I just reached out to them for info on my warranty because I'm selling, and they responded within minutes. Highly recommend.

Raindrop roofing was recommended to us by our realtor. We liked them so much we had 2 homes done with them. They were reasonable in cost, honest, prompt on starting work on the job site, professional, kept job site cleaned up and top notch customer service with booking and paying. Would highly recommend Raindrop roofing to anyone and will use them again. Definitely a 10/10.

I have a flat roof in the membrane was more than 20 years old. I had two bids. One was nearly 3 times the other. I was told from Rain drop roofing that all the structure beneath the roof was solid and did not need replacing. Not only was the price more to my liking, but the workmanship was excellent. The workers were friendly and professional, and everything was finished in the timeframe that I needed it completed.

I had a great experience with Raindrop Roofing NW. Joel came out to give us the estimate and was super straightforward and easy to work with. Torrey handled everything in the office and kept us in the loop the whole time, and Jon was the project manager during the actual install, staying on top of every detail and made the whole process feel smooth.

The crew showed up when they said they would, worked fast, and the finished roof looks fantastic. Communication was great throughout, and everything went exactly how they said it would. Really solid workmanship and just an overall dependable team. I’d definitely recommend them for any roofing job.

From beginning to end, getting my roof replaced was effortless on my part. Their lead salesman, Joel, is professional and extremely knowledgeable. He helped me get financing and left my home leaving me confident about my choice to go with Raindrop Roofing after several other bids. The price was fair and the workmanship is top notch. The team was skilled, respectful and did a really great job cleaning up afterwards. No nails for doggy feet!
My roof looks great and I recomend this company hands down.

Raindrop Roofing NW was incredibly professional and responsive from start to finish. They had someone out to our house within the week to provide us a quote. We did get several quotes, and Raindrop provided everything we needed to make an educated decision, not just the cost. Sean was super responsive and even took my calls while he was on a roof.
Torrey and Sharon were also super helpful with questions I had and had wonderful customer service.
The team came out and got us done in 2 days, which was impressive given the weather we had (COLD).

Terrific experience, very pleased with the work and final product. Extremely professional and will highly recommend to everyone I know. Affordable and very good at what they do. I will be going through them again in the future! Thank you again!

I been using this company for years and I'm so happy. I highly recommend it

Amazing work, great attention to detail, and quick and Efficient.

We are neighbors that share a driveway where the work was being done. Antoine went above and beyond. He was very kind, explained what they were doing, our driveway was affected and we had no notice that the driveway was going to be dug up by the property management who was having the work done. I had to wake my daughter up to move her truck and Antoine was very kind about it. He truly was amazing. He had extra asphalt left so he filled in big holes in the shared driveway from the last time 10 years ago the plumbing was an issue.

Thank you

Did a quality job invert competent manner. Will call again.
